Weekend tower defense plans

Weekend coding log

I am currently at coding all the game logic into the tower defense minigame and i also finished the little levels i will use for the minigame.  The next step is to finish all the coding..obviously >_< . Then i need to import all the game relevant 3d models (towers and enemys) and then i need to write story and more animations for Aemi and Vivian, for this minigame.

So.. this could take a while as you all can see. Please do not expect a professional minigame , i just want to cod...

Weekend tower defense level design and coding

This weekend my goal is to complete the tower defense level interior (as seens in the GIF for the first room) and to start to code the entire game logic for the tower defense level.

The level will be like a old dungeon since i just want to do something like that , i still need to think about a story for this towerdefense game... mhh.. maybe something with demons ? xD

Furthermore i will not use the old camera script i used for the fights , insteadt i will use a new RTS camera script...

Weekend update log

Okay , i rolled back to  Unity 3D 5.4.0.p4 since with the new version 2017.1 the occlusion culling dos not seem to work very well.
I also tried compiled the beta 0.45 for MAC and LINUX and uploaded them for the beta testers. No idea if they really work since i have no MAC or LINUX based system in my house so... just compile and upload and hope the best xD

AATOFL 0.45 LINUX and MAC versions UNTESTED!

 Okay , i went back to  unity3d 5.4.0.p4  and everything was okay , even the occlusion culling.  
so... i tried to compile to MAC and Linux and it cost me one full day to switch between the versions , compile it and upload it.  They compiled without issue but since i do not have a Apple PC or a LINUX system i can not confirm if they work.
If they doesn't... sorry.. then be it. I just do not have time to take care of several different versions of the game.   View Post

Weekend upgrade problems and.. i hope some fixes >_<

As i mentioned last post , this weekend i want to try to upgrade my unity version. I already did that (took me about 20 hours until it compiled) and.. well .. you can see it in the GIF file above.

i have many problems. The occlusion calculation for the hydroponic and the laboratory section is buggy and i was not able to solve it. i guess it has something to do with a current bug (just like this one -> 2017-07-14 17:00:09 +0000 UTC View Post

Weekend Beta upload and gardenwork log

As i mentioned in the non-patreon and patreon only post i wanted to upload the new beta for the beta test user (what i did) and then i had to do garden work ( Putting RJ45 cable into the earth , as you can see above)

And since i had to move earth from one place to another i could not do much in terms of the game. I just got rid of two bugs Gaise mentioned in the comments section and... not much besides this.

Okay.. here it is =)

I had to upload it two times since i encountered a bug when i re-downloaded and tested it. As alsways i left you a savegame just before the crew quarter story start (just speak with Aemi about it).


I hope i got rid of all the worst bug and at least the story should be playable to the end of the crew quarter section. Furthermore since i introduced armbinders in this update many events could look weird if Aemi/Vivian have them equiped. Please tell me if a events l...

Weekend plans..and a long text >_<

Okay , i guess honest is always better.. i had holiday this week and completed most of the stuff that i actually wanted to do this weekend.

Weekend animation creation and story log

Okay , i think i am done with the main story for the crew quarter section for now. Currently the game has 14692 VN frames.

To be honest i created more animations than VN frames this weekend since i needed a bunch of new animations for general stuff , new positions and this new machine i created ( a very simple one)

Next weekend i wanted to build in the armbinder generic event (so you can actually equip them via the dialouge menu) and i need to make some changes to the AI live even...

Story creation weekend number... no idea >_<

My goal for this weekend is ... well you already know i think xD

... this weekend i want to create about 200 or 300 Vn frames and also implement a new simple bondage device (really simple). I will also use this device in the story.

I hope i can create a new beta version soon , i just need to finish the crew quarter story (about 500 VN frames or so) and then i want to implement the armbinders as a generic event into the free roaming mode.

Story Weekend log

This weekend was only story generation and minor animation creation so i was able to drive the story a bit further. I created about 300 VN frames and also a few *one time only* animations (i guess i never us them so they are just minor non ero animations).

Currently i have 14138 VN frames created (v 0.35 has about 12425) but i need some more because..story >_<

Next weekend i would like to continue my journey into the story and i also hope that i can make a beta version soon. ...

Story Weekend (stupid standard setting was set to patreons only, sorry)

This weekend i want to concentrate onto creating more story elelemts to the crew quarter section (200 Vn frames or so) since i only have done more asset work than story work.

Weekend robot log (stupid name.. i know xD)

I was able to create alle the animation for Aemi and Vivian for this device you see above and i was also able to create the script who is able to change the parent of the gameobject in runtime.

As predicted i wasn't really able to to anything usable this weekend due to my stomach problems. I just did some minor things i had written into my *to do list*

- Fixed a bug where you could click onto the textwindow if you are hacking the communication device. (plus a few minor bugs regarding this one) -Disabled the speech trigger if Aemi/Vivian goes to shower alone so you can not talk to them through the wall.

Weekend mini game implementation

As i stated last friday i wanted to implement the chastity trail minigame into the story and.. (Thanks to pfingsten (Pentecost ??) ) i was able to do it for Vivian and Aemi.

Furthermore , along with all the story lines i needed for the minigame i also reached my goal of 200 VN frames (okay.. a little bit more but that does not matter).

Now i need to think about the story which will happen if you NOT get captured by the robots and suceed in guiding the robot through the spider guard...

Weekend story creation

This weekend (Like my other weekends) i want to create about 200 Vn frames for the crew quarter story.
Second thing is that want to finaly implement the *Chastity dungeon* minigame into the story. But do not worry , you only have to play this mini game when you get caught by the guard droids during the remot control robot scene.

Weekend log for story creation thing

Jep , as i said i was not able to do the full 200 VN frames for this weekend . I only got about 150 or so. It wasn't much the birthday party what slowed me down but more the fact that i had to create more animations for Aemi and Vivian since i needed a scene where Aemi and Vivian would be bound by a armbinder which can also immobilize them.

I hope i can use this armbinder as a generic event once i finished the story of the crew quarter but.. this is for later.

Story weekend for the crew quarter section

Okay ,since i wasn't really able to do much last weekend in the name of the story progression. I want to do it this weekend.

My goal is to create at least 200 VN frames , hope i can make it until monday so i can at least say for myself i have done a bit work this weekend :D

Animation weekend log

I was able to finish the animations i wanted to create for Vivian and Aemi but not much despite that since the animation itself where harder to make than i throught it would be (link constrains are a necessary... evil... >_<)

Anyway , i still need some more animations but these are mostly unique 100 frame animations and not a series with about 1500 xD (for each char.. because of the skeleton issue.. damn i am stupid... really...)

Story and Animation weekend part I

As stated last weekend, the creation of the crew quarter story will take a while so i start this weekend with some new animations for Vivian/Aemi and Victor.  Furthermore i want to  develop the story a bit further when i finished the animations. 

..and... well there isn't that much to say more because... it is just some work that has to be done xD

Crew quarter (first story steps)

The crew quarter level is finished (placed props and stuff and doors and.. etc) and you can see from the image (gif) i already started wit the first (very very first) steps for the new crew quarters story. 

I guess the story for the crew quarter will occupie me for the next few weekens because i now have to create some more animations  and.. of course the actually story with text >_<

Crew quarter section level creation final (i hope ^^)

Okay.. ahmm this weekend i want to finish the crew quarter level creation. I mostly just need to place props and place some enemys.

Level creation log

Currently , i am still working on the new level , all the raw rooms are placed but the details take time to place. For the crew quarters i plan 12 crew member rooms with a bit different layout for each one (a bit) this is why it takes so long to do this.

Additionally i want to implement a bit more than just the crew member rooms because (as you can see on the picture above) this deck is also the leisure deck and with it comes.. other rooms.

Level creation plans for the weekend

I need to be honest here, i already finished the animations for Vivian and the new machine and i had a bit more time to spare in my week so i already started to construct the crew quarter level.

Currently all the raw rooms are there and now i start to place all the big and small props. When i am done with this i will start to create story for this level and i also wanted to create the tower defense minigame. I just need something where i can connect the minigame with the story in any way...
