Coming up next, it's the KoalaPad! Here's a couple behind the scenes shots from the studio prep. Some parts of the episode have already been shot, but the rest is coming up fast!
The main holdup was I didn't have a Unidisk to load the software! Thankfully, I found one to borrow! And as a reminder, I'm bringing in a professional illustrator to try and draw on this old tablet! It's going to be so much fun! I can't wait to share more.

In addition to the iMac G3 Bondi Blue episode, I'm chipping away at a KoalaPad episode! This graphics tablet was generously donated by a viewer, and was in mint condition. I have an Apple //e I want to hook this up to. Part of the episode has been filmed, but another (mini) production day is planned for the wrap-up.
The fun part is… I'm bringing in a guest! I've contacted a professional illustrator, and I want to test their skills on this older hardware and soft...

Here's some behind the scenes shots of the latest Krazy Ken episode. Above is the setup I used to film the a-roll narration. Normally I would refer to this as a "talking head" shoot, but you don't see my head, so it's like a… "talking chest" shoot???

The full-length rough cut for Macintosh TV Part 2 is ready for you!
Also, there's many deleted scenes from the episode. The runtime of the deleted scenes are longer than the episode itself! These scenes are barely edited, and they're uncensored (so pardon my potty mouth). Most scenes had to do with me failing at old Namco games, and screwing up in Adobe Premiere 1.0. Haha.
Dashiell, a fellow Computer Clan fan, had this KoalaPad at his old college. It's still in the shrink-wrap!
I happen to have an Apple IIe Enhanced, a Unidisk floppy drive, and an Apple Monitor II. This product will fit in nicely—once I get a composite cable for the monitor.
This will stay in the shrink-wrap until I roll camera. I'll document everything for you on a future episode, but I wanted to give you a sneak peek first. ; )

Hey guys!
So as a new perk, I'm experimenting with "extended scenes" and "deleted scenes". Krazy Ken episodes are usually 15-30 minutes long, but the footage reels are about 45-60 minutes long. Honestly, most of the excess deserves to be left on the cutting room floor, but some of it is good!
