Reports of Account Weirdness

I'm getting some reports from a few people that Patreon is being weird. There are a few reports of people who signed up on the 5 dollar tier being listed as on the 3 dollar tier, and are also unable to upgrade back to the 5 dollar tier. Also there are reports of people who signed up at the beginning of the month or the end of last month having their money inexplicably refunded and their sign up not going through. Hi, Everyone.

So, if you recall, a few weeks ago I reported to you that Patreon did the equivalent of slipping on a banana peel and falling into a pit of flaming snakes when they moved their billing services to Ireland. Subscribers were suddenly getting kicked from their subscriptions when their payments were declined and to get back in they sometimes had to use a different credit card if they had one. It was a mess.

"An issue with a payment partner is causing a slightly higher-than-normal number of your patron payments to be declined by their banks.
