So Boys Love launched about a week ago and it’s been taking up a lot of my art time (gotta keep that buffer fat)

we’ve been watching a lot of The Man from U.N.C.L.E. In the DeadBug house and everyone is in love with Ilya. How can you not be 

i’ll be making a proces gif once this piece is finished

weird to think that what, 50 something years after this show first aired fan art is getting made of it. The lasting impression of fun television, I suppose.

Early page for 6-21-18

Originally I wanted to start Boys Love on the summer Solstice, but the day of the week was not in my favor. So seeing as the very next page features some steamy activity I figured I’d throw in this little heads up before we get into things. This good boy doesn’t show up till late in chapter 1, but I was getting tired of how many times I’d drawn Dakota recently lol

i really shouldn’t have to say that fiction is fiction and by writing something I’m neither endorsing or condoning it. So...

Update for 6-20-18

Tomorrow we see the chapter 1 cover. I had intended to do chapter illustrations with traditional art, unfortunately they are just a bit more time consuming and I had to draw this while on the go. Maybe future ones I’ll do it, no promises I guess. They’ll all be full color, either way.

tomorrow will be another early release page, even though Thursday isn’t an Update day I did something anyway.

This is for tomorrow, so as of today we are actually 21 days from the start of BLBL chapter 1! I’m doing an illustration every 5 days until launch, and here’s the first one. Chapter 1 will feature this same altar a couple times so I figured finalizing its look would be a good choice

Little process video of shaping up a design for the bartender at the Grape Vine, a venue that shows up in chapter three. Daiya is a gender fluid drag performer. You can kinda tell I lost motivation at the third drawing.....I’m still getting used to Medibang 🙃

New toy!!!

I bought an iPad Pro! So naturally I had to test it out. Medibang is a little difficult to get used to, compared to how much stuff CLIP has going on in its layout. I think I’ll get the hang of it soon enough but I also miss CLIP.... not worth paying a subscription at the moment.<br>Anyways this is Khuba, whom I’ve posted a couple times on either Twitter or Tumblr. He’s a pretty big part of Boys Love Boys' Love, my upcoming comic project. I bet you can’t guess what it’s about
