Okay, what happens is that the robot has changed and attacks in a way that Annie didn't expect (and a way that fits into the way he broke into the place).

Annie is hurt a little but not that much, showing it's not probably as strong as her yet.  In the narration she'll mention that normally she'd use her electricity in a pinch, but she can't give any hints to her identity, instead pulling out a staff (maybe it'll be a spear?).

Okay, I wanted to show Annie was being strategic about this, but obviously things can be unpredictable.  She doesn't know enough about this robot to have a good plan yet.

• A drawing of Annie... that I seem to have inked over one of the rough art layers or merged them at some point.  So I have to either try to erase around the inks, or re-ink a lot of it.
• Power Girl.  Maybe this as a Power Girl picture?  Thought I could make it a Christmas super snowball fight?  I need to pick some kind of likeness for her face, maybe look by at my previous pictures of her.

Max questions why would she feel the need to be part of the experiment, then ends up to be part of the experiment.  She's going to confront her brother in law and talk her way into getting what she wants.

Okay, here's what I've got.

Annie's tried to learn from her previous experience-  she uses drones to blind the robot, then attaches a tracking device it won't be able to remove easily.  But then as she flies away she starts noticing it's larger than last time.

Wow, I missed out on an important in-between stage.  There's a giant gap between the existing WIP steps.

This isn't the next page, but I was in ... mixed company and this was the closest possible page available due to that.  It also didn't require referencing a lot of previous pages.  Page 15 was moved on to my PC and wasn't easily transferred back to my tablet, and she's topless on page 16.

As you can see, this page changed a lot.  I thought I needed some thing more methodical to show Annie reviewed her mistakes the first encounter and came up with counters-- and then on the next page things go wrong.  I think the page might end with her noticing it's bigger than before.

Who Should I Draw?

Someday I might have a poll asking which old picture to redraw, or which old WIP to complete.

Okay, I did get myself the Switch version of the game for my birthday a couple of weeks ago- and although I've only gotten through the first (very long) level yet, I think I've got a vague sense of her.

And so here's the picture I promised!

I considered the two costumes for Annie, but I had to go with the spooky one.  It just seemed like it fit better in this situation.  Also, I thought the one with the wings seemed strange with what happens on the next page.

Annie must be wearing the Pulse suit under this costume, I tried to consider that with the shoulders and knees.  She'll probably get battle-damaged at some point and we'll see the Pulse suit through holes underneath.

I need to make some corrections to panels already or almost complete, you can see some rough lines with the inks.  In panel 1, her bottom isn't shapely enough.  In panel two, both her top and bottom need a boost.  In panel five, I think her far breast needs altering because I altered the position of her body (hands need a little work there too).
