Another Day Another Update.

Getting closer and closer to wanting to wrap things up. I think this chapter is just going to be a bit of a cool down from the last one. I do have the big exposition scene all done, now I'm on to an action scene, one more story beat, and then maaaaaybe (if I have the time) one more sexy scene. Right now, I'm looking at 2~3 months out. If I cut the sexy scene or get it done quick it'll be closer to 2, but if life keeps getting hectic might be closer to 3. Scripting is already about 1/3 done so I'm ahead a little bit there, but life overall has been quite busy.

Sorry for late update this week. Still working, going slow. Not much to show off, just long dialogue scene. Gonna be getting to something special very soon though....

Chapter 4 - update 2

Soooo...... I been busy. Just crossed the 250 frame mark the other day and I'm still truckin' on. This chapter is looking like it's going to be quite a bit more intimate over story. Don't worry there still will be a bit of story, I'm just having a bit more fun with the sexy time ;].

Honestly, other than that, not much to report. Gonna keep working and getting stuff done. Lots more to do. Maybe even a new characters to meet...

Chapter 4 - Update 1 and overview!

I never know how to properly label these things.... whatever... I just realized it's been a minute since I posted on what's going on.

So... originally my plan was to release Chapter 3, then take some time off, step back, refresh, relax, and clear my head a little. The gods had a different plan for me entirely as I got bit with a creativity bug and am now FULL STEAM AHEAD! Everything is already starting off relatively smoothly and I'm keeping up at a good pace. Let's hope it stays that way :P.

Where are we now? Well I've shown it off in Discord (if you're not already there, you should be. I'm getting ready to share a lot more over there.) but we have a new Orc female who is going to be very involved in this next chapter. She's been around in some renders before, but I'm finally going to give her the proper "character" she deservers.

We also have a new God King who has decreed a very special scene that I'm VERY excited to work on, as well as introduce a new character who is also shaping up to be quite the adorable little scamp. We'll see exactly how she fits in, but I can't wait to show her off to all of you once she's in a more polished state.

Overall, Chapter 4 is off to a rip-roaring start and it's looking like this is going to be my most involved chapter yet. Honestly feels like plot might take a little bit of a backseat to a more intimate chapter but we'll see where it takes us as we progress.

(While not quite as extensive as Chapter 2, it also didn't take over a year and a half this time :P) I hope you all enjoy this chapter as we slowly begin delving into the mystery of Gazi's power and what other secrets our party has yet to discover.

This chapter I will admit is a bit more setup for what I've wanted this story to turn into, but we still have so much to explore. I would love some feedback on the story thus far and any requests of what people might want to see in some upcoming chapters.

June update: Part 2! The home stretch again...

Coming into the final steps for chapter 3. Finally got the last things posed and now just waiting on the last things to render... Still have to go back and find a few scenes I know I either missed or just need to fix up and re-render, but that shouldn't take too long even though there is more than I'd like to admit...

So I'm looking at another week or two, gonna try my hardest to get it out sooner, but I've still gotta pick out music and re-write a few scenes.

Okay so I'm dropping this super early just to get a head start. Basically this is my early iteration of the script and there's no music or pacing for transitions, some missing frames, frames that need to be re-rendered, and of course proofreading is probably all over the place. (I did actually kinda try this time, and wasn't in a writing daze the whole time)

Also, please let me know if you have any issues with the save files or anything like that, I've read some thing about people losing progress every time and I am not quite sure why it'd be doing that. If you have any issues in general, please let me know. I'm still figuring all this out and I know my experience isn't gonna be the same as everyone else's.

Tales of the Eclipse: Goblin Encounter- Chapter 3 (slightly early) June Update!

Might as well just get this out now, rather than wait for next week. I plan on releasing the first part of chapter 3 here on Patreon within the next week or two! 🙌🙌🙌Woo!
So what does this mean? For starters, it's gonna be short (little over 200 frames) with only a little bit of sexy times, but we're setting up for more fun down the line, I promise. I was testing some stuff with animations, but those are... Barely passing my quality preference, so I'm working on some new techniques to work around it. Asking around to some artists who's work I admire for advice

Tales of the Eclipse: Goblin Encounter- Chapter 3 May Update!!!

So chapter 3 is turning into an interesting beast. Right now I have ~200 renders and I have no idea how long I want to run this chapter for. I'm thinking I might release it as either chapter 2.5 or just make chapter 3 really short. (Sorry, lots of talking, not as much sexy stuff... yet.) I still am testing out some animations to even see if they're even worth it or if I should just focus hard into them at the cost of making the scenes themselves shorter or make them more intricate and just focus on mini ~3-5 frame animations. Maybe just make more of those... Totally not thinking as I'm writing this out... No...

A new character to the world of the Eclipse, Mimi! It's been a minute since I made a new character. I have plans for introducing her later in the series, just had to show her off. I need to include some others just to show off how tall she is too.

TotE: Chapter 3- April update!

I said I was gonna take a break... I lied. When the creative bug bites, just gotta scratch it! I still am taking it easy with some side renders here and there.
Maybe some new characters start appearing soon...

Establishing a bit more backstory this chapter (hence the baby face Alexi and Gazi) and exploring some more cast options. Originally this was supposed to be a bit less character focused and explore a bunch of different characters, but I just fell in love with the main cast so much I can't just let them go. It also seems like most fans are in agreement, so I think I'm going to keep exploring things this way.

Gonna try to keep my updates monthly instead of weekly, that way it doesn't feel as discouraging when I get those week or two of art block I don't have to post "nothing".

How I've missed my girls. It feels like it's been so long. But as much as things change, the more they stay the same.
I'm going to use this as my kinda break back into my normal renders. I want to try to get out at least one (or maybe a small set) a week. I still intend on going back to goblins (and might even include some in some of these weekly renders), but for now I'm taking a break from gobbos to give my OG OCs a chance in the spotlight. Maybe it's time for some of them to get an update too.

Okay okay! For realsies this time. So I had an idea for a final scene, but it was just too talky talky for me. So I changed it up, turned it into a mini dialogue, then an a reveal, then the epilogue. For the epilogue it's just gonna be some some dialogue and a mini montage. Gotta keep it under 100 frames for my own sanity... This was originally supposed to be just about 20, but it was just all talk talk, exposition exposition... no fun... (╯°Д°)╯︵┻━┻

But yeah, gonna try to get this out by next week, hopefully sooner. Woo!
