Timeline for the Power of Ten
I've been talking with Jack Braxton, a fellow who does some writing and Patreon. He's offered to help me set up the new novel starting shortly for Tier 7 people so that it is on Patreon rather than Google Docs, adding a List of Contents, and shuffling the Patreon-only content over to here.
So, if all goes well, the site should get a new banner, the pricing structure should be easier, and everything should get more streamlined by someone who knows what they are doing.

Apple charges a 30% premium to process Patreon payments, which means a $5 subscription pops instantly to 8$.
This won't affect anyone who subscribed previously, but will on an ongoing basis going forward. Don't use Apple ioS!

It has been a long, hard slog on this. Casey has been battling some major Health issues, and something she normally would have had done in a few weeks instead stretched out until today... and she told me to tell you all that it is still rough by her standards. Well, that's not that hard to do (my editor said it's a few settings on the Vellum layout), so I thought 'sure'.
Amazon really shafts hard printing for the authors.
Basically, what happens is all the print costs get taken out of the Author's share of the price of the book. So, let's say a 400 page book is about $6 in printing costs....
