As a part of the planned Economics update I'm working on resources generation. This is a first look on how Resources Editor may be implemented in the future. It's far from being production-ready, more like a proof-of-concept. Hello. Here is pretty tricky update for Armoria API. It was generating random coat of arms, but now I've added an ability to get COAs created in Armoria GUI. So you can make a request like below and it will always produce the coat of arms you want, not a random one.

This is manly a refactoring and code optimization effort, but as data model for rulers and ocean pattern is not changed, I have to move the version to get your old maps auto-update.
Just a few visible changes:
* Linear Rulers is replaced by Polyline ruler. It's easy to use for route distancing, just drag yellow circle to add a new point and grey to update old points. It will calculate total distance in selected scale and units

The final checkout before releasing Armoria in a stable version 1.0! The release version will integrate Armoria into Fantasy Map Generator and add more charges.
The current update turning Armoria into PWA, which means that desktop and mobile browsers will allow to install it as a standalone application. It also means that application can work offline, internet connection is required only on the first load to download code and charges (about 1mb).

The update mostly contains optimization and UX changes. The tool was not optimized and Edit screen was pretty slow if coat of arms is complex. Now the UI should work smoothly not matter how many elements are added. I did not try insane numbers, though.
Another important change is ability to customize stroke of charges and ordinaries and also ability to place ordinaries over charges.

This time I have added quite a lot of new shield shapes and organized them all into 8 catogories.
Now we have 38 shapes in total, including all common historical ones, 5 generic fantasy and 7 from Tolkien's Middle Earth arts.
Regarding the Middle Earth ones. I invented only the one for Erebor. Others are created for the LOTR films by Weta Workshop. The shapes are simple and actual visualisations are made be me, but be copyrighted. I would recommend to avoid using them for commerci...

New update for Armoria: now you can not only change color of existing tinctures, but also create new custom ones and manually define how frequently they will appear in your coat of arms.

An important update, took me 3 days to complete. Now custom charges can be loaded to the Tool. Source images may be in png, jpg or svg formats.
PNG and JPG should be transparent to look good. If not, an external image editor can be used to add transparency. Raster images are single-color.

Hello! Here is the first major FMG update in 2020. It is almost completely devoted to military forces and hence call be called a Military update ⚔️.
Now each state has military forces generated based on state population, land possessions and cultural specific, diplomacy and other factors. Generation is cell-based, but aggregated to Regiments level for usability purposes.
