The black lightning from Darui's hand shot toward Ren's head, intending to end him while Darui dispassionately stared, assured of his victory.

After nailing Jiraiya to the back of his head with the apple, Ren quickly entered the changing room, where he dressed back up and left the hot springs, not at all interested in talking with the Sannin.

Ch80. Impressively disappointed

Seeing the wind dragon coming at him, Ren's perception of time slowed down and for a brief moment, his mind experienced a 'WTF' moment.

He wondered how a single clone could pull out something like this but then he realized he destroyed two clones already and their chakra went back not only to the original Ino but also to the remaining clones so the last one had a little less than two clones' worth of chakra at its disposal.

Even then, this was most likely a one-and-done 'fuck you'...

Hinata walked into the training area forty-one with Sasuke Uchiha trailing behind her. She flared her chakra in a specific pattern the second she entered Ren's sensing range, letting him know there would be uninvited guests, so he and Ino should dismiss or hide all their shadow clones.

Taking the Uchiha to their training ground was one thing, but showing him their actual training? No, thank you very much.

Ren might have some issues with some of Konoha's authorities. But honestly? ...

Hinata walked through the village, going to Ren's training after the academy classes ended. Surprisingly, she had a stalker today, so she had to walk around, ducking into side-alleys, suddenly breaking into a run, even jumping onto the rooftops to change the streets abruptly.
