One of my favorite things to do in this game is to have Karlach (who has the highest strength stat in our team/ therefore can carry the most stuff in her pockets) run around a room and pick up everything that's not nailed down... that means we're playing a good rogue, right!!!!
There's something really satisfying about seeing giant 8x10' canvasses disappearing into Karlach's pockets, what is a greater joy than that

This page went through a bunch of variations in the thumbnail stage but this was the one version that came out on top! Once again, this is one of the pages Ananth thumbnailed and he did a great job. I think the huge center panel is so eye-catching, it was a delight to draw and really push emotionally.

Hyewon has finally formally been introduced in the comic, so I wanted to share her paper doll character sketches I put together before the starting chapter 7 and 8. :D
We wanted to set her apart from Percy stylistically so she wears a lot of flow-y pastel high femme clothing that shows off her legs. Visually, she's supposed to come off as "perfect at a glance" but, y'know.

These are some of the guiding traits we're trying to follow while playing Percy in Baldur's Gate, it's surprisingly easy to roleplay someone mean-and-self-serving-but-not-cruel based on the number a variety of responses the player is given. Final governing trait not pictured: distrust of authority, that one actually comes up a lot haha

Recovery is still a bit slow and trying to get back into drawing has been difficult. I wanted to try and do something simple that was mostly dependent on repetitive strokes and building texture over flat color so I wouldn't have to worry about linework finesse as much.
