The half height tiles are something that people have been asking for for a long time. A fair number of you noted that you wanted some in the survey, so here they are!
Some people have wanted these to do a more 2.5D design for their terrain, which makes it easier to see the minis. They are also great for doing stone fences, balconies and other architectural features where a low wall is appropriate. You can see a photo of them in use as a balcony on the thingiverse page.

Turns out not every floor is stone. Now you can add the warm, organic touch of wood to your dungeons.
This is the first time I've designed a set of tiles entirely in blender. I've been trying to learn more techniques that will get me into organic designs. Grab em' on
Thingiverse and let me know what you think in the comments below!

The happy accident last week of setting down all the external doorways next to each other without doors in them showed me just how cool a colonnade could look. This inspired me to make a real colonnade set. Placing this on the table for my players got a gasp.
Get a gasp from your players and start printing. Get em' on thingiverse. Let me know what you think in the comments below.

This is the sixth tile in the new external-wall set. It's great for both corridors and making curved rooms. Fetch the new tile on thingiverse.

Two great tombs. The first is based off of a museum scan of the Grantham Tomb, giving you a perfect tomb representing a wealthy or powerful couple. The second is a Knight's Tomb
, assembled from a variety of works, including a frieze from Monticello.

Hallways aren't much use without doors. Well, worry no more, your doorway problems are solved.
Building this set, I realized a new strength of the external tile set over the former edge tiles. The 0.5 versions of the tile can be glued separately from other parts on the cut stone base. I've included some examples of how you can use this to make doorways for halls, but I expect this approach in the future will make external tiles super flexible for building all kinds of tile combin...

This is a start
on exposing the pieces I use to build the tiles. Interface isn't great yet, and it only contains the parts for the window released today, but I'll keep working on it to try and make it more usable.

You know what makes nearly any room better? Windows, that's what.
With the release of windows, I believe the standard cut-stone set is basically complete. If there are any pieces that you think we are missing, let us know in the comments below.
Grab 'em on Thingiverse.

I'm really excited about this set. These tiles are core to why I changed edge tiles to include a half-base wall instead of one the same thickness as normal tiles. Historically, the edge/external tiles have been a pain to work with because you needed small shims or other pieces to make attaching rooms/hallways work without a gap. On the Thingiverse page, I've included a set of diagrams on how to build the most common things you'll need, like tees, corners, etc.
This set of tiles make...

Arrow slits are here. Use them for fortifications, dungeon entrances, castles, fortresses or to make defensible buildings in the city.

I don't know how it's taken this long for me to make a set of stairs, but after 3 years, this is my first set. This has a bunch of different stair pieces, corners, and risers. You can make staircases, plinths, stages, alters and many other creations.
I've also included a set of short stairs that can be used if you set tiles on top of each other to create larger raised surfaces.

This is the second tile in the new external-wall set. Fetch the new tile on thingiverse. As I add new external wall tiles, I'll continue to add instructions on how to use these tiles most effectively. After the next two releases, you should be able to create some great hallways with your edge pieces.

This is the second set of dressing pieces. Again, both are remixes. The Egyptian style required a ton of cleanup, but it looks fantastic. The 2x2 is a dramatic piece for an Egyptian-themed city, or as loot taken and placed in a city square in the north. The second one is from a scan of an obelisk in Slottsmölla...

This is the first tile with the new external wall set. I find these tiles to be a great complement to the normal tiles in that they do a substantially better job of making hallways. The wall tile is most used for T intersections if you stick with corridors as the main use case. Fetch the new tile on thingiverse. As I add new external wall tiles, I'll continue to add instructions on how to us...

One of the top requests I got from all of you in the survey was to make more set dressing pieces. This is my first set. Both are remixes, one from a scan of an actual statue in Las Vegas, NM. I've cleaned these up, added a base to the sphinx and made them fit OpenForge. Man do I think they look great.

This is the seventh and final tile release in the base cut-stone series. Pick the models up on Thingiverse. Next release I'm going to do something a little different and the move on to the external tile set.
The surveys gave me a few surprises, so I'm going to start focusing a bit more on filling out series with dressing pieces like windows, stairs, etc, as well as special pieces.  ...

This is the sixth tile release in the cut-stone series, and boy houdy is it a big one. I've produced the curved tile set in the standard 1x1 - 4x4 layout, but on top of that, we've to tiles where the floor is inside the curve, outside the curve and a full square. Add into it that I'm now producing the thicker bases for people who don't want the complexity of printing and attaching bases, and this release comes in at a whopping 96 variations.
Because of all the variatio...

This is the forth tile release in the cut-stone series. Pick the models up on Thingiverse. This set includes my first double doors, and they make for a really dramatic addition to a scene. Also included are a set of doors for both the double and single doorways. The door design can easily be modified to make new doors appropriate for your settings.

This is the third tile release in the cut-stone series. Pick the models up on Thingiverse.
I noticed an error on some of the tile bases. The filament hole for filament rivets wasn't always going through both sides. I've fixed this in all the tiles released so far. I suggest redownloading a set of the bases just in case you have some broken ones.

By request, I'm also making bases that are the same as the OpenForge 1.0 bases, and I've added 16 more tiles to the Cut Stone Wall set that have these bases added. You can also find a customizer for the full base on Thingiverse: 2016-03-17 05:00:27 +0000 UTC

This is the first release in the new OpenForge 2.0 line of tiles. I've adjusted tons of small details in how I do OpenForge to make an awesome set I'm really proud of. Download it from Thingiverse, This is a full set from 1x1 to 4x4 (16 tiles).
I've changed the sets in the following ways:
- Tiles now have a replaceable base. The default base lets tiles connect using standard 5mm neodym...
