I also realized I should have put monster girls as an option for October, really, given Halloween. So I'll for sure have these as another pick with less pinup and more outright horny energy

RPG Character - Commission

Lordy, this was my first experience trying to do flannel digitally. What a pain in the bum, I think I actually prefer doing it pen and paper, but I'm very happy with how this piece turned out.

Additionally, I decided to just upload the process into one post, just to help keep from spamming everyone with progress pics.

Blood Angels Librarian - Brother Zorael

Putting way too much design into a one-shot character? Thats a me!

Meet Brother Zorael, my Deathwatch boy. He's small for a space marine, uses psychic powers rather than weapons, and is mute. He communicates via battle hand signs or telepathy depending on the company he keeps.

Definitely tends towards wiry in frame and stature rather than boxy, but makes up for it with a powerful mastery of the warp.

Ostia R'tan - Sketch practice

I'm taking a break by being self indulgent with these two. I'm also trying to get the hang of a more streamlined sketch style where I dont do lines, and instead just clean up the sketch + color.

Some of my pieces lately have just taken a bit too long for my liking, so the next day or two might be a bit slow as I'm trying really hard to do this for my less serious artwork.

Aureth - Blind (again)

Interlude for a sketchy post-dnd-doodle as my delightful large elf has gone blind in her OTHER eye, won a boss battle but lost another friend.  It's been a bit of a long-standing joke with my characters that ever since we started using the Genesys system (wish is fantastic BTW) I am best friend with the critical injuries - limb loss option.

Including this, my limb loss results are 2 left legs, 2 near misses on left legs, an eye, 2 fingers (left hand), and now at least a lingering b...

Female Fulgrim + Demon Speedpaint

In my unhinged 'drawing multiple things on one canvas' modus operandi, here is the speedpaints for both the actual commission piece and the demon I did while waiting for sketch approval.

Whenever someone commissions me without a pose in mind, I'll always send over usually 2-3 potential poses to either move forward or get more details. While the demon pose wasn't picked I liked it so much I just kind of kept doodling it until I got the okay on the initial Fem Fulgrim design.

Doing some modern outfits for Fern as a change of pace! I wanted to keep it winter/fall themed. Someone on tumblr recommended the snow suit and I'm so excited to to color it since its yellow and pink!

This was a lot of fun to do. Had a grand time. Fulgrim is one of my favs so I had a blast revisiting the swordsman to swordswoman design!
