GOKU DAY 2023

Oh look, I forgot Wednesday again...okay, there's a reason for it. I've been enduring diverting very uncomfortable jaw pain during the post week, and being in America, health care is a joke, so I had to consult someone with knowledge on what to do. 😥

So, I completely forgot that yesterday was Wednesday. Well, OKI didn't forget, it's just that it has been a rather long week for me. To make a long story short, I've been waking up extra early so that I can take care of a former coworker's cats while she's on vacation, and then from there I just go straight to my job.

On top of That, the latest character trailer dropped for Tekken 8: Lars Alexandersson, and boy has that kept me very very distracted. 😅

Hey, y'all. I figured I'd let y'all know what's going on!

As I'm sure you've noticed, fighting game artwork will be returning as I want to focus on attracting more FG fans (especially since my original comic "Pretty Fierce" is made as a tribute to my love of fighting games). However, because of Bandit Revolver's weekly update and my full-time job, it's harder for me to spend time on these other projects.

So, I'm considering a change.

If I hadn't already explained it, I'll eventually explain just how it is that Noct can "see" his dead friend (who had a name, I promise). It's sommmewhat borrowed from VsXIII lore.

This page was a pain in the ass to work on. I had redraw the Swords of the Wanderer more times than I are to admit. And then Photoshop was giving me problems as I worked on editing...I'm definitely glad to be done with this page.

Prompto's already thinking about road trips (relatable, honestly), but Noct needs to establish some ground rules first 😤 Unlike his canon counterpart, Noct takes seatbelts seriously. And surprisingly (possibly?), he doesn't smoke in the car.

Also, I wonder if "Sunshine" is gonna stick...

BTW, Prompto's implying that he could spend the night with Noct, i.e. a sleepover. Noct, being oblivious to these things, just thinks Prompto wants to make a morning person out of him by blowing up his phone or something equally asinine. 😅
