i keep telling myself i have way more than enough songs under "life" and that i wont write more and i keep doing the opposite of that. i have 30 minutes of music on this session that i intended to be letterstoyou (i want to offload all my screamo ideas to letterstoyou so that i dont keep making too many life songs that ill never be able to perform live :v) but then i all of a sudden am now going to do some cool split releases under life with some epic screamo bands soooo thats what all theses...

this release (including "lullaby and evening blue") is interestingly different than most music i write. almost every time i make a song i begin with all of the guitars and then add the drums afterwards, but these songs are all backwards in that i did not plan any of the guitars at all and simply recorded drum tracks to build upon. i recorded "coma garden" that way but the difference is that i already knew what those riffs were going to be, this was completely random improv and all the guitar ...

UPDATE: slight adjustments in the mix

this is going on the same release as "on an April night". I based this off of a song I wrote in 2023 for the band I had at the time (rpg97) which we never ended up getting to record, so I repurposed it for this. in early 2024 I recorded everything you hear here (except vocal and drums). everything from 5:17 - 8:56 was more or less the song I had for the band. the lyrics were also written in 2023. I may come back and remix this since I haven;t liste...

btw, loooots of new life stuff coming soon that I recorded in the last week, ill post them here in July when I get back home. the title here means "kiss kiss kiss memory". recorded half of the guitars more than a year ago in the spring time, finished everything else in this year's spring (vocals were some days ago)

in july of 2024 i went to france and recorded these two songs with Midoran. vocals were done by both me and lueur. going to actually release them soon and i don't remember adding them on patreon so here you go. the first song is "souvenir d'autrefois" and the second one is "nítaqbem" (riverside). there are no lyrics we were just screaming, i called it that because his house is right by the river Loire. i dont know why he called the other one "memories of the past".
