I recently received a note from one of the patrons that I dont strictly adhere to the reward system that I have set up. 

And they are right, I will now appropriately give the patrons the rewards that they have signed for in this and future postings.

I've never drawn so many hands for a single piece before. It was great practice, after a while I was just churning them out.

I'll be uploading another version of this WITHOUT hands for those that are not a fan of it since its kind of a mixed bag for me.

So I coloured it in! Wondering if I should use this as a cover but its a huge spoiler for a cover :x Well I guess for now its a colour study and to put into my portfolio.

Hope you dont mind me posting a little bit more ZONA than usual as of late, I do have some fanart on a to do list that I will be getting to soon. I'm just hellbent on getting my portfolio filled up and running before July which is a deadline for me ^^;

ZONA Character Sheet WIP

Decided to make a full character sheet for ZONA for my portfolio which includes facial expressions and stuff, which are still on the way.

I've never spent so much time sketching up kneepads and rocket boots before (,,꒪꒫꒪,,)

Also, does anyone know a good website domain for portfolios? I tried squarespace but its really complicated unless I'm going at it wrong.

Zona #1 Pg. 1

WOAH I FINALLY GOT IT OUT!

First page for Zona's comic is here. This is a completely new experience for me in terms of the framing, colouring, typeface and where to put speech bubbles.

I see a long road ahead to actually get good at this but its a great experience so far.

I still want to improve certain things on this page, could use a little tweaking which I will upload once the entire short comic is done! 

I'll try to get one page out per week, or at least the colour...

Just a heads up everyone, thought it be better to let you all know whats going on with me at the moment.

My parents had recently started a new business and I was involved in making all the design/menu work. I mean ALL of it, they thought it'd be cheaper to hire someone in the family rather than someone from the outside. So that means I've been working close to 10 ish hours a day for 7 days a week for almost a month now. 

Here's the good news! Im getting very close ...

Neck Shadow Tutorial

Just adding a little neat trick that someone asked me about before when they brought up lighting.

If you ever want to shadows to the face and are struggling with the neck.

Its basically just a triangle, and the pointy end of the triangle depends on where the light source is coming from and its generally in the opposite direction of the main light!

Of course its not a hard and fast rule for every piece, but if you're doing a standard front on fill light, its generally a triangle!<...

Oh hey, its the actual character the client wanted! YES ITS DONE.

Simple colouring and background so not too much rendering here and there.

Wished that D9 expanded more on her character so I could have had more to work with but ah well :/

Actually Im not sure, since this doesnt really spoil much but I'm just being careful.

As soon as I got done with Farewell I hopped onto Photoshop and just churned this out. I FEEL'D FOR THE WHOLE DAY.

There seems to have been a communication error with the client for the Steph Commission.

I wasn't suppose to draw Steph. |:

Ah well, no harm done. This is usually the case with language barriers so I'm just gonna give this Steph to you guys in the meantime while I finish what I was suppose to do.

So this piece is on hold as of now for a much more important date.

 Someone has commissioned me to do another Steph piece after an incident following them having printed out one of my artwork as a gift for someone else without my permission o:

Normally, Im usually not bothered by that at all as long as they didnt try to sell it but they insisted on commissioning me to make up for it. 

Odd circumstance.  Welp, this way everyone gets what they want!

Anyway, another $30 patreon reward is finished! Forcing myself to use a limited colour palette was a real challenge, especially with a very exaggerated angle!

I might still go back and retouch this, tho nothing too drastic.

Valentine's Day 2018

It was like midnight last night when I realized "Oh christ, its Valentine's tomorrow and I haven't done anything for it"

Then bam.

I have now officially drawn this pairing! Kinda struggled with poofy clothes that starfire is wearing especially the long baggy sleeves. Something to work on perfecting in the future!

Colouring in the Monster Hunter sketches I did because it gave me a huge chance to practice rendering beaten up metal and leather textures!
