'Lifeline' Short Story

This is kind of a surprise short story this month. This one just sort of... emerged... from me. I blame 'Illicit Alliance', I've been in a very Grayson mindset, and this is a canonical scene that I honestly can't believe I hadn't written up previously. It's a pivotal moment for both characters that eventually determined some PRETTY IMPORTANT EVENTS later in Red Lantern.

This month's polled image.  I'd call this one 'dubiously canonical' only because Finn seemed to not realize these two had gotten down before he left on the Manoratha. . . but he might've been putting on a show for Tuli, who knows : P

I was originally considering having the two of them sharing a smoke, but while I don't doubt that both characters would smoke casually if given the opportunity, the bottle just fit into the piece well and was more obvious.

Sawyer WIP

This one's coming along well, hoping to share the colored version soon.  Since this character gets very few images dedicated to him, I wanted to really capture him properly.  This is from the scene where he speaks to Tulimak at the river's edge, and tells him of Finn's true identity, and the secrets he's been keeping from him.

I had a ton of fun writing this, spent the better part of three weeks planning it out, and I may have gone overboard, because now it seems like it's going to be around 20k words long, lol. Polishing up Kindred illustrations alongside my other work this month.  I honestly love this illustration just as linework, so it was a struggle to improve upon it with color.  I hope I managed.

KINDRED - Re-Upload - COMPLETE STORY

So, apparently the editing process bugged the hell out of that last file I uploaded.  Really, truly sorry for that.  It reads fine on certain things like Word, but horrible on others, like Patreon's reader and some ipad stuff, apparently.  I had no idea, because I was opening it in Word.

I cannot get an rtf to work post-edits, so you'll all have to make do this time with a word file.  If anyone knows a work-around for this weird issue, I'd love to hear it.

Red Lantern - Sacrifice (Book 3) Script

This month's story submission is going to be a little unusual, but I'm hoping it'll be an exciting surprise for many of you.  I'm getting back into work on Red Lantern, specifically Book 3, 'Sacrifice'.  This has meant, since it's been literally 6 years since I last touched it, a complete re-tooling of the script.  Including adding a few new scenes.
