I was going to recreate a pretty old painting of mine called "modern date" but then I did a lot of these instead and that couch just screams for even more and completely different situations. A simple piece of furniture can do that. I could even leave the guy as is, change his lines, and just do different partners, more than in the Patron sections. Maybe add a door in the back. Or stuff could happen there. The dwarfs from SnowWhite could come in. Limitless possibilities really. Funny how that...

A commission that I was requested to share by my client. I rarely do that, because it's more often than not outside my realm but this is quite well within it. Right? Also, it's been a while since I posted another Swampthing, so I thought the right time was right now.

I had that corner of the library in my sights for a while and partially sketched but nothing happened. Until recently. Had to finish it in a hurry because, well, these book worms are pretty slick and fast. I'll be roaming that library to see if anything else happens...

It's official now that authorities in the U.S. are openly mentioning U.F.O's. The truth is out there and sometimes they come in too. But only if the subjects are interesting enough to study closely.

This whole fairytale took a turn for the worst for that evil queen but Snow White (all grown up of course) had a ball. She didn't like that queen and she had been waiting for some payback for years. Turned out she liked paddling her though.

Took me ages, this one. Like the previous Snow White picture actually. These dwarfs are really time consuming subjects. It is fun though to take fairytales to another realm. I might paint them riding the evil queen some day.(?)

They found a booth. That's getting rarer by the a day because of smartphones of course,  but can still provide joy and fun when you find one and you feel all frisky.

Anubis (s)

All those fauns and demons, not to mention swamp monsters, werewolves and dragons, but there's a whole different yet interesting mythical creature pool to draw from. So, I thought I'd give it a go.

Anubis made it a bit weird though, be it only in the attachment section for Patrons.
Do not go there. It's a mythical mess... Gods don't really have many inhibitions, they're myths for that.

That forest is really full of Fauns. Hard to believe but there's possibly one behind every tree. So, only understandable that I paint them because they are in popular demand with the ladies that frequent the woods. Really. Go figure. It's quite the enigma. Even if you'd look at the Patrons Only attachment section which I would not recommend.
