Dark Fairy (XL)

And now for something different for a change before Red Riding Hood gets back (on her way...😁) Actually the rough foundation for this has been in my To-Do Folder since 2014 as the document told mem, so it took me a while to get to it. And it may seem simple but them wings are a b!tch to paint. They could even be better now but I didn't feel the urgency. 😁 I like it nonetheless. I always do when I do something this different. Unless it fails. Not so much then... go figure 😁

There're not too many fairytales to get inspiration from are there? 😁

Anyway, sometimes I do regret taking on a scene, just because it turns out to be too friggin time consuming for just practice or content. However, even if I do regret it, I soldier on, because it's never in vain. It helps later down the path. But still, I wish I did not come up with it. Could've done two simpler ones in the same time.

Mummy (s)

I don't know where the mummy came from all of a sudden. But one has to follow the inspiration trail, right? And I was actually working on a beauty doing the dishes. So, it is a weird brain detour from that. Still, didn't do one like this before as far as I remember and I like the scene.

Of course the attachment is for Patrons only and then just for those that would have more of a d!rrty mind anyway (none of them of course...They're all quite lovely and moderate)

I thought the cover of a tutorial I made years ago (link is on my fransmensink.nl site still if I'm not mistaken) could use some tuning to modern days, but it went a bit beyond my plans. When you're having fun, right? So, another lady entered the picture and outfit changed too. What can I say... 😁

If you're a Patron you may recall the suggestion box about this background, here is what came of it. I got double Trolls and an Elf and I didn't do it before. I did Trolls (like in Demone_X) and an Elf or two (really seldom) but not like this and not in this scenery. That always makes me happy. Especially when it turns out well. I hope you like it too.

Although coming up with ideas is my job really, I'll do this suggestion box again soon probably. Mainly because it might cause something...
