Something to get you over the weekend I hope. I told you; it is Witches' month, didn't I? 😃
I was experimenting with the outfit a bit for this one and nicest thing of this digital medium is that I can not only do the experimenting but I can save the different versions too. And, without any mess!
In hindsight I remembered I did something similar to this but with a nymph and I found it on Deviant Art (post from June 2020). Similar in background mood and colouring but luckily not too...

Beer, Babes and Halloween too. October must be the best month of the year, right?
I thought I'd do an October fest theme painting. To not just do Halloween. Not that I'd mind, but there should be stuff this month for those that don't like Halloween that much.

The day before yesterday I was watching a, not so good, movie on Netflix, but Sofia Vergara was in it (with Reese Witherspoon, so you might guess what the movie was?) and if I see her I want to paint her. Not even consciously but always. Some do have that effect on me.

Toil and trouble to be precise. It was a bit of a long title for the Title box though. Rather Shakespearian isn't it? Third witch stepped out for a bit though. She's doing donuts on a broom outside. Missing all the fun back here.

I started this in June or so and thought I had finished it. But it was a bit early in the year for a witch so she went on a holiday to wait for her season. Just a week ago I looked at it again and saw things I would change, improve and add. So, I guess it wasn't finished, really. Or, it was just another example of me not being able to just leave my older paintings alone. I just have to paint in it. In most at least, that is.

Careful with tha swiping. It gets horrific! I told you, Octobrrr's gonna be a Halloween thing. And the kick off (apart from the forward looking witch of course, posted last month) is for the Addms family. They're waiting already. At least my versions of them are. They're ready to go.

Every once in a while I paint vampire aristocracy. They're pretty private creatures but hey, I know where they at. They call me, because they want to be portrayed for their hall of fame. Or just because they found a nice outfit.
Perks of being an artist. I do take a bath in garlic mush first of course, because I do have many more paintings up my sleeve and I don't think being und...

This one was waiting for me to return to it, since 2020. It was (sort of) finished but I did not like it. I put in the credit bars and several versions had been saved, all was ready to post, but I did not. It was not dynamic and looked too stiff somehow. I could not lay a finger on the problem. So... I only recently decided to keep the setting, when I came across it again, but put in a different eye catching person. And that worked so much better.
