Back at it!

I'm getting back to working on page 29 this week, and the break was SO what I needed - I'm feeling way better about it! (Though I'm only partway through the sketch, and I am planning on doing my taxes on Saturday, so it may be a tight deadline still - I'll do my best and keep you all updated.)

Patreon pause + minor burnout

Hi all!

My TL;DR up front is that I think, for a few reasons, I need to take a 2 week pause on A Big Swing and bump this month's pollustration to next month, and because of that I'll be pausing Patreon pledges for March. This means that page 29 of A Big Swing would release here on March 7th, resuming the weekly schedule to conclude on March 28th, assuming no further delays, and the month of March would be free to make up for this month!

One-week pause for Merry Crisis + Updates

Hey all, like I just mentioned on twitter, I'm pausing the comic for a week to give myself a break for Christmas! 

This time I'm doing it as a simultaneous pause - so page 22 will be coming here on 1/3, and page 20 will arrive on other platforms the same day. 

Just as a general comic update/reminder, right now we're at page 21 out of 32!

Hello and happy December patrons! Hope you're all having a good holiday season so far - my partner and I got a small tree for our place a few days ago! It's her first time having a live tree, and my first time having a tree away from my parents' place. I wasn't sure if we'd be able to make space for one in our apartment, but it fits pretty nicely in the entryway - and since it's such a small apartment, the pine smell really perfumes the whole place 🙂

This was the winner of the November poll! The prompt "Tom Nook rekindles an old flame with Sable in a vacation suite" came from our very own ice-cream sundae patron Tencoth, and the more I thought about the pairing, the more I wanted to do it justice with a comic page (against my schedule's best interests ^^;)
