Glamour 0.44

Another update is in the bag. We've made plenty of content and almost all of it is explicit.

Ann lost her job and now spends her time at home. Which caused plenty of changes around the Villa.

Kira is now more likely to spend her lunch break at home. Ann joins her by the pool, who in turn can be joined by Max.

Our plans for the holidays and 0.45

0.44 is almost done and if everything does without a hitch, it should be released in the next 24 hours. Hopefully. We didn't focus on one specific series of events, so Max will have all kinds of fun with pretty much everyone in the villa.

Winter holidays are upon us, and we want to spend some time with our families. This means we won't spend as much time on 0.45. We still plan to release it in January.

Our plans for 0.44

As we've already mentioned in our last post, 0.44 will be focused on Max. Here's what we have in mind:

Ann is going to lose her job and start looking for a new one. It won't be the adult movies she did in BB.

Now that Ann spending much more time at home, she will have a new schedule and new events, particularly with Kira and Max by the pool.

New events with Max and Lisa. We will change some things with Olivia, and will add the skip button where it's needed.

Glamour 0.43

As promised, we're releasing 0.43 in November, even if at the last possible moment. Since we also released 0.42 this month, we had less time than usual and had to work seven days a week, but hopefully it was worth it.

The update is focused on Alice finding out about the cameras, which, of course, drastically changes Max's life in the villa.

Our plans for 0.43

Now that 0.42 is out, we can focus on 0.43. We couldn't release 0.42 in October in time, so to make up for it, we will try to release 0.43 in November. This one will be focused on Max.

The update will have a pretty significant story development, so if you want to go in blind, you should avoid the rest of this post and all upcoming screenshots/posts to avoid spoilers.

Glamour 0.42

We can finally release 0.42. It's not record breaking, but it's not small, either. Around 170 new images, over 20 dialogs, etc.

We've decided to rearrange some things we announced after releasing 0.41. Originally we planned on making the committee voting process more engaging and mechanically deep. But we quickly realized it would take us too much time and the update wouldn't have a lot of events. So instead, we've decided to skip the voting mechanic altogether so we can focus on making...

0.42 is almost done and if there are no unexpected setbacks, it should come out tomorrow.

Initially we were planning to make the update more mechanically heavy and spend more time on the committee voting and the various new classes. But then we've decided to streamline it and focus on new content.

Now that the committee voting process is much faster, the meat of the update is the new classes. First, there will be new anatomy lessons in the classroom. And then there will be events ...

Delay

October is almost over, and we can clearly see we won't be able to release 0.42 before the month is up. We don't have an ironclad excuse to absolve us from all blame, we just can't do it in time. Unfortunately, the muse continues to be a fickle mistress, and we have trouble releasing Kate updates at our usual breakneck pace. Looks like, at least right this moment, beating old records and making our biggest updates every month is something we can only do when we're making updates for Max.

Plans for 0.42

The poll for 0.42 had two winners. New college rules got 32% and the anatomy lessons got 34%. These two aren't quite the same, but they are similar enough where we can make an update focused on both.

Now that Kate isn't the shyest girl in college, it's time for college to focus on other students. Of course, Kate will still be involved in the process, even if she won't be the one under the spotlight.

Right now, we're aiming for 10 new college rules. We'll see how many we'll be able...

2.  Relationship with classmates. So far the game only has an occasional dialog and some café dates, we can add more content in this direction.

Glamour 0.41

0.40 was released 22 days ago. We didn't quite manage to release 0.41 in the first half of September like we planned, but on the flip side the update had a bit more content than we planned originally. If we compare it to our record-breaking 0.40, it's about 60% as big. Or one could say it's bigger than our usual update.

If you've seen our recent posts, this update won't have any surprises.

0.41 is almost done and you should be able to play it in about eight hours.

Our previous poll for 0.42 was pretty damn close, but it looks like Kate barely (51%/49% split) won in the end. Which makes sense since Max just had two updates in a row.

Now we have two more polls to do. First you'll pick a category, it will only last for a day or two. And once we see which category is leading, we'll do a second poll specifically in that category.
