Ah, it's February and love is in the air! Mostly because there are little paper hearts dangling from strings everywhere.

I don't know about you guys, but my inner cat wells up inside me whenever I see them. I just want to bat them around so badly! So I thought the idea would make a really cute wallpaper for this month.

Important Info about Updates

Hey Patrons, I have an important announcement to make regarding comic updates. This was a difficult decision for me, but I have decided to put the comic on a temporary hiatus.

Patreon Fees + Reward Changes

Hey Patrons, it's time for another update!

First, about the fee structure changes that Patreon was going to make. The good news is that they have decided NOT to go through with it. This means that the processing fee will remain on creators and will not be shifting to patrons. They still need to address the problems they were trying to fix on the back end, but this time I hope they can work with both patrons and creators to find a more agreeable solution.

Patreon's New Fee Structure

Hello, all! I wanted to go ahead and make a post regarding Patreon's new fee structure, which is causing a lot of controversy among creators and patrons alike.

For anybody that doesn't know, the TL;DR version is that Patreon has announced starting on Dec 18th they will be shifting the processing fee from creators to patrons. This is not something that we creators have any choice in, and it is essentially raising the cost of what you pledge.

Are you ready to get spoopy?! October is the best!

I batted around a lot of different ideas for this month, but I really wanted to draw a Jack-o-lantern for some reason, so I went full tilt into it for this wallpaper. I like how the colors came out and Gamercat is just so cute clinging to the pumpkin! I hope you guys like it too ^____^

Wallpaper #22 - Sunflower Shine

For some reason September always makes me think of sunflowers. I'm not sure why, but it seemed like a fun idea for a wallpaper!

I tried to mix it up a little and went for warm, muted colors rather than bright yellow flowers with a deep blue sky. Overall I feel like it's an appropriate mix of summer and fall. A tribute to both seasons as we make the transition :)

I just love summer. Everything is so green and full, and the days are long and bright. I love standing outside and listening to the wind blow through the trees and, were I a cat, a shady branch would likely be my go-to spot.

I've been wanting to make this wallpaper for a long time now, and the half way point of the year seemed like a great time to do it! You got this, just six more months to go.

The old "Hang in there, baby!" cat posters have been parodied often and I've really wanted to do my own Gamercat twist on it. Assassin's Creed seemed like a good theme for it, plus it's been a long time since I've drawn my little catssassin.

We're heading towards summer and everything seems to be in bloom now, and I love it! 

It occurred to me that I've never actually drawn Gamercat with a flower crown before, so I decided to make that this month's wallpaper! It came out really bright and colorful and makes me feel chipper, so I hope you guys enjoy it too.

Yay, it's December! I just love the holidays!

When out shopping this season and perusing the fall offerings, I noticed a lot of bold and simple shapes that really caught my eye. I was really inspired by it and decided to try it out with this month's wallpaper. I also especially love seeing photos of black cats in piles of fall leaves, and how they just pop in the image, so I tried to capture that as well.

Changing to Upfront Charges!

Hey patrons, this is just a quick notice to let you guys know that I will soon be changing the payment options of this Patreon to "Charge Upfront"

How does this change things? Instead of payments processing at the end of the month (after a pledge period has ended) it will be processed on the 1st (at the beginning of a pledge period). This means I can start sending out rewards sooner! And anybody that wants to get a wallpaper for the current period can pledge right away and still get it.

October has been a whirlwind of a month. I'm sorry this is so late, but Hurricane Matthew really did a number on my house with the flooding. Everybody is okay!
