Origins of Frost v0.6.3.2 brings a fresh wave of immersion, stunning visuals, and new gameplay content — all wrapped into a clean Auto-Install experience for 2025.
Hey there, so 0.6.3 is coming soon and it will be the last update until the big 0.7.0 comes out!
If you are wanting to start a new save, maybe wait out until 0.7.0 is released.
BUT if you are currently on an older 0.6 update, you should be fine to update, but please make a backup save in case.

There are a substantial number improvements in 0.6.1
I would recommend a new save.
Please rather use 0.5.0.2 until a fix rolls out

A beta test version (0.5.9) with an outdated DYNDOLOD will be available this evening however performance improvements wont be as good as the proper update (0.6)
