My best boy
One of my favourite pictures of my old dog Jack!
He was also called Jacky Boy, Jack Black, Captain Jack, Wolfman Jack, Jacky... he was a good boy.

One of the places I stayed in while in Spain - I couldn't even tell you what city this was. Madrid, maybe?
I loved the depth of the city and the never-ending apartments covered in orange.

I was 17 and it was my first time in Europe - the travel bug was well and truly developing!

No spoilers here!
I'm not really a Marvel or superhero movie person. I've seen the odd Marvel film, but not many recently. Endgame wasn't made for me. It referenced almost all of the previous Marvel films, so I know I missed a lot of it. While I still liked parts of it, it certainly wasn't a movie made for me.
If you love the Marvel Universe, I bet you'll really enjoy this. A great finale.
If you've only seen a handful of Marvel films, you might enjoy this one to a certain e...

I saw Muse a few years back - one of the best visual shows I've ever seen!
I don't really like their recent music, but back then they were incredible!
What's crazy is that I bought tickets months beforehand. One of my girlfriends also bought a ticket separately. It was a sold-out show at the massive venue in Toronto - basically like the O2. We were talking about meeting up before the show and I mentioned where my seat was. Her ticket was beside mine. Like, the actual seat beside m...

When I was growing up, my best friend gave me this beautiful typewriter. A Brother De Luxe, I decided to call it Big Brother. I still have it back in Canada, sitting on my desk, waiting to be used. There's something so satisfying about pressing those heavy, loud keys.

When I used to live on my own back in Ontario, I had a friendly cat neighbour that would greet me at my door when I got home from work. He was renamed as Catslayer (his parents didn't know, obviously)

One of my favourite things to do in Toronto to visit the Royal Ontario Museum (ROM) It's massive, it's beautiful and there's so much to see! Unfortunately for visitors, we don't have free museums like London does..

I saw Shazam the other night - it was cute! Definitely a great movie for kids/teens as it has a lot of important messages and characters. As an adult? Meh, maybe not so much. Still cute, though!

Watched this recently on Netflix and it's totally fine! Had some good moments, was shot well and had an interesting take on the overused Bonnie and Clyde story. But something was lacking here - maybe if they had a better writer, it could have been great.

Recently finished watching the first season of Love, Death & Robots on Netflix, and genuinely enjoyed it! Each episode is its own, separate story. The animation for each episode is done its own way, some of the stories are very dark, some are funny and some are sweet.
Plus it's incredible that you can create such a solid story and narrative in 10 min episodes. Some movies aren't even good at that!
If you like the first episode, chances are that you'll enjoy the season. 2019-04-10 18:01:00 +0000 UTC View Post
One of my favourite things about my parents house in Ontario is the big fireplace. It's perfect on cold winter nights, especially if you have a pup with you (this guy is Odin, my sister's dog that was visiting)
(He might be cute, but the bastard snores like you wouldn't believe..!!)

This certainly felt like a Hollywood-style horror movie, without too much horror. I really like Jason Clarke but I don't think you'll find this one too scary...

You can check out the Atlantis shuttle, along with the Canada Arm! Honestly there's so much at the Kennedy Space Centre to see... visit....!

If you ever make it to Florida, make sure to check out the Kennedy Space Center - it's genuinely so cool and one of my favourite places. And if you love space and astronauts like me, you'll love it.
The centre also has bus tours that shuttle you out to the launch pads - it's hard to imagine the sheer size of these buildings.

Florida is a pretty wild place - I honestly believe there's no place as weird (and wonderful) as Florida. I spent a huge part of my life there and it'll also have a special place in my heart!

There's something really special about Wales, especially in the North. It honestly felt like I was in a whole new world (Skyrim, perhaps?) Every time I go back, I always enjoy my time in Wales.

I didn't realise I start whispering while painting, so this video sort of turns into a weird ASMR version.
