Upcoming changes

Let me start by saying (as always) thank you so much for your support. I started this Patreon with the hopes of sharing my knowledge and helping other people while being able to get some passive income in the process and I couldn't be more grateful.

I set myself a goal of achieving 100 patrons in a year and while I didn't achieve that goal, this account has remained strong with an average of 70 patrons each month, so thank you all for your support!

Update!

Hello everyone!

I'm so sorry things have been so quiet here. I got very sick for a major part of January (not COVID) and then my daughter had to be hospitalized for about 10 days. She's 100% healthy but it was a scary because she had to go into surgery to rule out cancer, thankfully no traces of cancer found.

So, apologies for no content, I just got back in the office this week and i've been catching up with work. I'm going to try and record something this weekend going over View Post

Thanks to everyone that's been supporting me, I'm approaching 1 year on Patreon and I'm very grateful for your support.

Merry Christmas everyone!

Data and FUI

I'm exploring and learning about making these type of images and wanted to see if there's any interest from you guys about learning how to make these.

This one I just finished yesterday and learned a ton of new stuff, more specifically that 80% of the look is achieved in After Effects and knowing your way around plug-ins and effects.

In any case, you guys want me to make a video or a couple of videos about this type of designs?

Regardless, I'll be posting the link to watch here later so you'll all have access to that.

02 Instance AutoRenamer

This is something I wish we had the option to activate in Cinema 4D. When I'm dealing with lots of instance objects I like to know which object is being instanced at a glance.

To me this is specially useful when i'm working on a scene that has for example a car that is still a work in progress. This allows me to leave the original geometry in the center of the scene and instance it so I can manipulate the instance. Then working on the car in a different scene and then replacing is super...
