Hi guys,

Been hard at work, and just posted some progress to upper level patrons, so here is some progress for you too.  This is Kate, and she runs the cafe where you work part-time.  She will feature in an extended plot line with a bit of a twist.

Hey Gold patrons

I’ve spent some time these past few days trying to work out how to say a special thanks to you guys. I really appreciate your support. 

I first thought about a vignette for you but I’ve been struggling to think up a good theme. Well some other creators have an enhanced version of their main game for their top tier patrons and I think that is a good way for me to go too.

Progress report

Thanks for the replies to my previous post; your comments really help.  Here’s a bit of an update on progress with those comments in mind.

Images – not the highest priority you say, but they do help me visualise the characters as I write and they take time to get right. As I work on the next instalment of Naughty Magic, I ponder the main elements of an adult game: Sex, Imagery, Storyline and Gameplay. I have my own thoughts on these elements of course, but I would really like some feedback from you too.

Hi people,

Weekend and some spare time, so I’ve been reading up on the Patreon “adult content” debate a bit more.  One creator I follow (Irredeemable) has been given a terrible time.  As a result, Irredeemable has just carried out some plot mods on his game, and I am trying to work out if I should also look at this issue.  Luckily Naughty Magic is still in its early stages.

A strange month at Patreon!

Hi people,

What a weird month on Patreon! You’ve probably seen many posts about adult content and restrictions and stuff. Well Patreon just sent out an email to creators that amounted to an apology (my word) for all the strange things happening over adult content. They say that they are supportive overall but needed to reiterate their stance on a few particular matters.  So, hopefully, we are getting back to a stable situation.
