Hope everyone's doing great.

I think I got a bit rusty after that unexpected, unnecessary, unwanted, unpleasant hiatus. But damn, it feels awesome to get back to work and start delivering your rewards.

Speaking of which here's the portrait of a milfy mother nature. Because after all, to earth we belong and to earth, we shall return. If I were to die and open my eyes in paradise, this would be one hell of a first sight to behold.

Since I have not been able to deliver the standard target of 3-4 paintings, I feel it is unfair for me to take the payments from you. Hence I've decided to pause the payment for the current month. That means Patreon will not charge you on July 1. Billing will resume on August 1.

Lazy Afternoon

Sometimes, it's super relaxing to just give up on the day, crash on the bed and take a nap. I'm like Stanley of The Office. As soon as afternoon hits, especially after a good lunch, I feel like eyelids weigh like a kilo each. But I force my self to keep awake because 1) I need to work and 2) I have a hard time getting sleep at night if I doze off even for a bit during the day.

Reminiscence (Comissioned artwork)

First off, a big thanks to my first-ever patron and the commissioner of this artwork, Maniczap, for making this piece possible.

Good Morning

Don't you hate it when you're deep in slumber and the sunlight hits your face and you have no other choice but to wake up. Has happened to me a few times when I was careless enough to not cover the window with the curtains. And I'm such a light sleeper that if my sleep breaks, it is very hard for me to get back to sleep. I wanted to depict that exact mood of waking up mid slumber but I guess she ended up looking refreshingly well slept. Anyway, hope you like this one.

The relative I mentioned about in my previous post was in a critical condition earlier today. We had to rush to the hospital to attend to them immediately. So. Moon Light Ritual

My sincere apologies for the delay. I got setback a couple of days last week. A relative of mine caught covid and the hospital situation is very bad in my country. We were out all night finding an ICU ward for him as he needed continuous oxygen supply. The day after, I got my chance to get the first shot of my vaccine but I made the mistake of taking the shot in my right arm. The pain was not letting me paint comfortably.

I love doing back lit settings. I feel they are challenging, but if done right the results can be astonishing. I need more practice though.

Have I used this name already? I can't remember. But seriously, it's hard to come up with names for OC's. 

This is by far the most fun I've while painting. And this is the closest I've come to producing something that is exactly how I had in mind. I only switched the BG at the last moment because what I was going for initially, wasn't half as good as what you see here.

Petite Princess

Like I said, I tried to create someone of a different Asian ethnicity this time. So I tried to paint the beautiful women of Khmer origin in this one. Hope I've done justice in portraying their beauty.

As the days went by she could notice her king lose interest in her. And she wasn't getting any younger to compete with the kings courtesans of concubines. She had knew she had to step up her game if she wanted to feel his touch on his body like she used to during early days after her marriage. Distraction

Luckily, I had no distractions while working on this. Hence I could do it quickly. I had no jewelry to do for this one. That usually takes a full day's work.

So, the unthinkable has happened. I've got "the flu". My mom got it first and I'm pretty sure I got it from her. I have a constant head ache, slightly blocked nose, no sense of smell or taste, constantly tired. It's just a very irritating feeling to have it.
