Microphone is available under Accessories and has two parts that can be customized. Managers are about to get a facelift.
Barbed Wire Board will be displayed as part of the 'Barbed Wire Ropes' gimmick match graphic, so it makes it even more gruesome! I couldn't add it as an accessory because it's too big....

You'll get an invitation to the tournament in Month 5 of your save (not May!). For existing saves, the first tournament will start after your upcoming monthly event, unless you're just a few months away from Month 5.

You voted for the tournament name, so I present..
The Grand Invitational's president will personally invite you to the tournament. Here you can ask about the tournament and accept/decline the invitation, with lots of dialog choices!
Hosts will be randomly selected from a pool for each game.
The annual tournament will have one name across all saves, like the Wrestling Spectator News, for memorability and because the trophy will have the name engraved.
I had a few ideas, but couldn't decide on which one to pick, so I'll let you people decide!

Custom graphics for March have been added. Very sorry that these were added so late!
Flags rise high and include the US and Canada (the most used flags generally). I'll add a poll option for more countries in April's custom graphics poll.

Work on the new feature is underway!
One part of the new feature is that superstars will hold weapons in specific gimmick matches. These will include matches like street fight and death match by default, but you'll be able to set gimmick matches to include weapons in the editor and when adding a custom gimmick match in-game. Shirt w/dots led to some confusion; I thought it was a shirt with dot lettering, while some users thought it was a dotted shirt, like a Hawaiian. So I added both, as well as one with censored text.
