What I am doing right now

1. I have really not been feeling emotionally well because of Furaffinity adding to the stress I was already under.

2. This has been sitting in my to-do's for like three years now.

So dag-nabbit I'm drawing Gatomon today. I wanted to post a WIP because there's been too much art-silence here for my liking.

Hey there! MAN what a last few days I have been having! Craziest thing happened. I was on my way to Burger King when I heard a strange noise. So I looked up, and right there in the middle of the street Furaffinity was crapping itself and exploding.

Florist schedule settled

Okay so with the obvious exception of Mother's day and Valentine's (and the occasional extra need) it looks like my usual days at the flower shop are guaranteed to be Monday, Thursday, Friday.

Chances are good art won't be uploaded on those days unless it's nearly finished before hand and I happen to finish it up that evening or whatever. Art is pretty fluid.

I am letting everybody know so that specific days of standard silence make sense hereout. haha

Remember how I got that job? Well it's at a floral shop.

I started on Mother's day week. I am only part time, however, I started on Mother's day week. I have been there every day this week. It is Mother's day week. It is a floral shop. It is Mother's day week.

This is literally all I have been able to draw so far this whole time.

If any of you ever doubted how much work florists actually do let me correct that notion for you; it is hell on mother's day week.

For a friend (Ash) I colorized a unique variant of this Pearl.

I am considering colorizing the others if people want me to try. I do not know how successful this will be as they all exist in different raw files atm.

Cheesewheels is the first character I have ever given these specific kinds of nipples to. I think they are cute, personally. Until recently I never thought about a detail like that between OCs.

Update on other job

I promised I'd update everybody so here goes.

I have gotten a small part time position at the flower shop my sister works in. I start Monday. It's not much for now, but it's a huge relief that I have something to help take the pressure off.

So yeah I am feeling a lot better. :)

Art related- I should have Cheesewheels done tonight. I was over there training today so I've been gone until recently.

mandatory title

I'm getting really frustrated so I just gotta call it for tonight.

It's extremely humid here and it's either too cold with my AC on or too hot with it off and I just cannot get any form of comfortable. I think it's making it impossible to work. I dunno, I'm grasping at straws out of irritation.

I definitely did not sleep well again.

It is extremely important that I stress before going any further that none of this means any immediate changes are happening. I am not quitting art. I am not shutting the place down. Bear this in mind.

That said, the writing has been on the wall for me for a while now.

Godess trio super-early concept

Colorized Lacie

I colorized Lacie as practice with laying hues on grayscale.

Came out alright. Still never looks quite the same to me, but then I am the one staring at it for multiple hours after all. Creates fatigue.
