Thank you for the patience. :)

Over the last few days I got some personal space sorted out, was able to comfortably spend time outside, and so forth.

It appears as though I have escaped the lows for now. That was one of the worst drops in my mood I've had since last year.

Sorry it went on so long. On the plus side, it gave some time to think of ideas for art.

I'm gonna be open about this for a moment (personal update)

My recent absence has been mostly because of a deep dive into depression that began in the last third of August. Nothing has been working out art wise, I have barely been motivated and I hate the way things were feeling/coming out.

Some of you know that I am manic-depressive, all of you now do. Sometimes when I hit the lows, it kills me. I am so sorry about it.

Believe you me, I am trying my absolute best to claw out of it and I fully intend on making this month ...

I've been hung up on a project that I've decided to just pass on for a while. As well that Rarity drawing finally defeated me. I will simply have to scrap it. >.<

I just wanted to let y'all know that I am not dead and things are still moving in the background. I just wasted a lot of time on something that didn't work out. D'oh

Janice Thibodeaux is one of my oldest characters. I created her back around 2003 or so. Hence her extremely simple design. If I re-design her I may give her a hairstyle.

Quick update on the Retsuko exclusive

I am not gonna lie. With preparing for Trotcon last month and having a friend from Scotland over for two months AND rushing some print pictures to completion (one of which never did get finished *cough* Rarity)... I actually forgot about it.

That said, I am thinking I might rethink the idea. I am not quite happy with what I was doing with her.

LONG lost art and long neglected OCs

So I was digging around my archives and found something that does not seem to be anywhere online anymore.

Why post it? Two reasons. One, I've been sick the last two days (ruthlessly exhausted, headaches, and weird dizziness) and have been struggling to finish anything (been sleeping a lot as a result).

Two; I am thinking about bringing these two back. It's literally been ten years. Or at least Lavender.
