Super random share. I’ve begun a course in holistic counselling last weekend. ❤️🩹 It involves a slightly different approach compared to psychotherapy or counselling we may be generally use to.
One of my homework tasks is for 11 days, to wake up each morning and create your reality, ie. wake up, and before touching my phone - say what I want to happen today and breathe into it. 🧘🏻♀️
Day 1: bump into someone I haven’t seen in a while. Couple of hours later it happened - my friend was there to witness as well. 😂
Day 2: make a new connection, not sure if this worked but a lady made a comment about my tattoo and we both happened to have a chihuahua. (Minty is half)
Day 3: receive a gift. This is hilarious because Justin Fox bought me something this morning and in our 5 years of friendship - he has never bought me a present.
Anywho - I’ve definitely manifested by accident before but now I’m absolutely certain it works with intention. Pretty sure I was a witch in a past life. 🤪🧙♀️😂

Happy Sunday! ☀️ I’ve spent most of the week in the hinterlands of the Sunshine Coast as mentioned. 🌳 It’s been such an incredible past few days - bonded with some amazing people, been a giver and receiver of zenthai shiatsu bodywork, connected with nature and with all the animals and trees as well as jumped in the ocean this evening. 🤪 I’ve always been a lover of human connection and I’m so thankful that I’ve had the opportunity to learn a new art of connecting and sharing love. ❤️ So… I guess I can say I’m offering massages in this style now. 💆♀️ I can guarantee - it is divineee. 💫

Currently experiencing the full moon in Gemini! 🌕 Full moons are about letting go, a time to release what we don’t need to allow space within ourselves. As you may know, I’m in a transitional time of my life and I’ve felt sadness about potentially saying goodbye to this identity I’ve created of Viv.
Reflecting on this tonight - I will one day cease offering the services of Viv however it’s not the end of this identity, it’s been a huge part of my journey and something I want to take on with me into whatever new life/career I begin. 🙏☀️❤️
Feeling super grateful to everyone who has been a part of my journey. It has allowed me to experience a deep and authentic connection with myself and with others - encompassing the deep love and empathy I have within. I intend to take this into my future and hope to be with you all into the next chapter. 😊
