New opportunity!

In Sydney for the week - hotel room is a little tight so doing a little practice and movement on the bed! :P 

Been offered a new job opportunity in Sydney to teach yoga next year. :) Feeling grateful. x

Time flies. Can’t believe it’s been almost a year since I took the leap and moved to the mountains. It’s super private back here except maybe one neighbour can see me if he came out on his deck. 🤪

All cleansed!

Really sorry for the absence but I'm back! :) I've just returned from Bali and have been getting back into the Australian life. I had such a tough but awesome time being away for the past few months. Had my soul cracked open many times, made some new friends, been truly embracing my femininity as well as had my first tantric experience with another human. I've been so detached in quite a few ways in my previous life and it's so amazing to feel energy so intensely and be able to connect with other humans and nature. 

My inner hippie has come out! :P Feeling so much love within me these days, I used to be afraid of that word. I know that I haven't met a few of you guys here but just wanted to say you guys are amazing, thank you for the support and love you all. :) 

Also in these photos, I was cleansing Justin's house with sage and doing my dance the day before his house was open for inspection. He ended up having this sold right away for $4.86 mill which is more than he was asking. :) My little rituals are working. :P

Another little share 🌹

According to astrology - there’s lots happening at the moment. I’m definitely feeling it. I’m about halfway through another round of yoga teacher training. The intentions I set before the course are definitely coming into fruition - I wanted to focus on embodiment within myself, dealing and letting go of my shit as well as creating new connections. 🌙

I was feeling very delicate yesterday as we focused on the heart chakra, something I have been working on in the past year. The question to reflect on was “what story made your heart open up?” I focussed on two which stirred up some painful emotions and I was literally an overfilling water glass with my crying yesterday. (Lol also - sad dog stories from other people make me cry I have discovered) Thankfully, I think I let the rest of the emotions out - my internal self is very happy now. 😌😂

I felt called spontaneously to join a women’s breathwork circle today. It was pretty awesome, I didn’t expect this but there was actually quite a pleasurable sensation within my womb which was pretty cosy and nice. 🤪 I’m keen to explore what’s going to happen when I combine two energies together with whatever I awakened today. 😱

Anywho I’m just in a bath right now, giving myself some more love. ❤️ Also I made a new Canadian friend here - she’s so prettyyy. 😌 Admire so much. #goddessvibes

Somewhat a day off, I did a two hour yoga class followed by a one hour reformer pilates. 🙄🫣

The past month alone has been life changing - accomplishing things that were challenging and being super proud of myself rather than saying "what's next?" or "I can do better." Anywho, this is the fast forward test video I made before doing the safe for work version for my yogi-gram. 8) Had to make sure I wouldn't slip or break the glass in the shower. :P Time to give my shoulders a break today.

Feels like I haven’t toured in ages! A slightly longer trip this time - heading off on the 30th Sep. Lucky me will be taken around here, Oxford, Liverpool and Edinburgh! 💕

Woo completed another 100 hours towards my yoga teaching. I did so well this morning! So much improvement within as I’ve opened up my heart. 💕 Next thing for me to explore is embodiment. My second kundalini meditation is later today! ✨
