DOA: Tina and Mila

Wholesome. 👏 Whole 👏 Some  👏  Wholesome!

I'm kinda digging some of the more 'wholesome' ideas that I've had written down. This 'six-pack' joke could work anywhere, and almost for anyone, so it's always been on my very long list of ideas that I'll never have time for. This started as a Duke request (Dead or Alive), but I expanded on it to experiment and bla bla bla. 

Duke Sketch: Caveira

Luckily I didn't have to draw any guns. I suck at guns. They always come out looking perfectly flat and "profile" since I don't know how to draw them at angles. The amount of energy it takes me to draw a decent gun is never worth the effort. Sci-fi settings are okay, if I can just make stuff up. 

LBVC 9 WIP

Took a bit longer than expected. I had a distracting weekend, and I'm sketching out another comic page at the same time. I'll keep touching it up as I color. 

WIP: Rose

I figured I'd post this WIP because I think the step-by-steps looks cool. I change my methods of actually making images a lot. This is in many ways an older style for me. Super hard, crisp lines. Coloring by gradient-maps rather than just traditional shading. It looks good though, but I feel that way every time I switch up my style on anything. 

Poll: Queen Bee vs . . .

So one of my Duke requests was for a Queen Bee sketch. She's a bee-themed anti-hero from the show, and serves as sort of a sidekick/rival to Ladybug. Queen Bee is Chloe, Marinette's rival. Marinette knows everything, but Chloe has no idea that Marinette is Ladybug. 

So . . . Who should Queen Bee fight? (I already regret not picking any male villains, we'll do them next time. 

LBVC 8 (high res)

The art looks super inconsistent with the page prior, but . . . . That's-a-Marky! It was still a lot of fun to draw, since I love these dumb 'anime stare-downs.' It's going to be the next page that's the real challenge. My initial plan was to have Marinette and Chloe get a bit carried away, make out for a bit (with plenty of hand-play), until Alya points out that Adrien is getting hit on by their mutual rival, Lila Rossi, "Volpina." Poll, Ladybug or Dragonborn

I spent today just doodling for myself, and I ended up with a mixture of Ladybug and Skyrim stuff that makes me think I should do a few pages from one of those series. Dragonborn and the Dark Brotherhood would take a very, very long time to finish, BUT . . . I don't know. I can sorta afford to take a couple months off of commissions, and i could get a lot of Dragonborn done in that time. Maybe that would get me more supports, but it's been so long, and does anyone still care?

Concepts (high res)

This paper-doll technique of drawing the model and then layering on top of it can be really fun and lead to some cool constructs, BUT it's a bit more time-consuming and limiting. I'm just grateful that I got to come up with stupid names for each style. 

Experiment: Miles's Souvenir

This one was an experiment. With any image, it's always the line-art that takes the longest, and is the most frustrating for me. The colored sketches I do are basically images that skip the finished line-art completely, and for that reason that take about 1/4th of the time. So . . . This was kind of an experiment. Duke Sketch: Royal Cock Shock

Man, I was dead all of yesterday. I slept, woke up, ran and errand, ate some food, and then immediately went to sleep for another eight hours. I had to eight hour sleeps with only about four hours of waking between them. What's up with that? Anyways, getting back to it. 

Satsuki's Big Fat Ass

Another Duke request that I really wanted to ellaborate on. Request was for Satsuki grabbing her butt. I had to add Mako. I can't believe that this is my first time drawing something from Kill la Kill. It took me a couple tries to get into it, but once I did, I really enjoyed it. Other than a couple episodes in the middle that looked cheap, the animation is constantly energetic.

Mortal Kombat: Disney Edition: Mulan v Elsa

A very early look at my WIP. Don't expect this to be done for at least a week. In case you can't tell what's going on, Mulan has already defeated Elsa. Elsa'a head is wobbling. The voice says "Finish Her." Mulan slices Elsa's clothes off, shoves a rocket between her legs, and then blasts her off with a big firework effect, with a very shocked Anna looking on. Wade's Scrafty

I'm still really enjoying these Pokebitch ideas. Now that I'm looking at it though, I think there is a disconnect between Wade's reaction, and the fact that he's cumming. Ugh. It's like I'm a robot trying to figure out human emotions. 

Cadence's Lopunny Costume

It's a pretty simple scene, but I think it's alright. I kinda hate drawing 'simple' scenes, because I think it just highlights how awkward and unnatural my sense of depth and perspective is . . . But this is fine. It's a cartoon world. 

I'm still thinking of doing a Pokebitch CYOA, in which Mark and Cadence have a Pokebitch battle. I'll probably do that once the Mortal Kombat: Disney Edditon thing is done . . . Maybe by the end of the week. I want to do something more with Mark and...

WIP: Pokebitches: Cadence's Lopunny Costume

I've got some Duke Sketches to knock-off. One of them was very vague. "Something with a bunny suit" like the Playboy sort, I assumed. Vague ideas like that really get my creative juices flowing. I ended up sketching out five different ideas. One of them was a traditional Mark and Cadence, where the heroes have to get jobs at a strip-club since there are no quests at the moment. I didn't start it thinking of 'Wrecked,' but it works. 

Mina and Mt. Lady are currently tied for "Best Girl" in my book. 

WIP: Boom-Boom Acid Time

I'm not sure if I'm getting the point across (trying to do it all without dialogue), but I want it to seem as if Mina's sweat and cum are acidic too, but it's only dissolving Bakugo's clothing. I may add in a "hisssss" sound-effect or something.

Also, the Fatalities probably won't be actual Fatalities. I might warp it into a 'Sexuality' or something. Death could be implied, but then I might add a frame showing that the girls are actually just playing a video-game, so what we saw wasn't real. I dunno.

Fantasy Wars: Berk versus Agrabah (large res)

I actually really like this one! Sure, Hiccup looks way too much like mark, which is another reminder that I really only know how to draw a few different things, but I'm actually surprised that the total composition is as good as it is.

Yeah, I'm going to stay out of political-comics for a while. I don't like where I was going with that last one. Way too fucking loaded with too many complications. This though, this is coming alone alright. I'll not to do some clever shading to make jasmine pop, and I'll need to do some working to bring Astrid a bit closer to Hiccup, and fix some angles, I guess. I tend to just wing-it as I go.

Om the fortune-teller, only she can't actually see the future (since I find that sort of power SUPER boring and anticlimactic in fiction), so she's a mind-reader, hypnotist, and magician who uses her poweres to make it seem like she can read the future.

Fantasy Wars: Berk versus Agrabah

Figured I'd drop this WIP since I won't be finishing it for a couple days at least. I've gotta finish a character sheet first, and find a good reference for Jasmine. I'm not sure how to get her hair into this scene, and I know I'm going to have some big mistakes with the dragon's anatomy, but whatever. I'm not going miss the forest to tend to a single tree.

BLACKED Lightning

Holy shit, I kid you fucking not, this is a scene from one of the newer episodes of Young Justice: Invasion. (Which is an amazing show by the way). There is literally a scene where Black Lightning (a low-key fave from my childhood reading old Outsiders comics) subdues a sexy female villain, and he says the line "You've never had Black Lightning before," and then immediately mind-breaks her.
