I know I'm terribly about starting things that I never finish, but you should all be used to that by now. I'm an "ideas guy," or whatever. I've been playing Deeprock Galactic just for some casual gameplay loops, and I've been looking at Warhammer 40k's new Squat faction, the Leagues of Votann. I find drawing for myself very fulfilling, but at the same time kinda nerve-wracking. I don't stake my self-esteem on most of what I draw, but because this story is my fantasy, I want it to be well received. I'm okay with it just being my thing, though.

I just really like barbarians. Barbarians are probably my favorite archetype in role-playing. I also like shamans (which are just barbarians with magic), witches, and monks (especially if they have a barbaric background, and became a monk to reform).

Mara the Marauder 16

Gonna do my best to get back to some sexy stuff. I am going to have Mara and Kama fuck pretty soon, so Kama will begin to accept Mara as her new mistress, and Mara will become protective of her new favorite sex-slave. This will also be the crux of the conflict between Mara and Asheena. They'll both want Kama, and they'll both want to conquer the Battle Lands.

Mara the Marauder, 15

Good news, I think I'm over my burn-out, or art-block, or whatever I'm supposed to call it. I spent the day finishing this page of my personal project, Mara the Marauder, and it went by very easy-peasy. I'm also 99% sure that I've finished my pending commissions, so I think I'm gonnna spend the rest of this month focused on my own stuff, which is Mara, and some random one-shots that I think are funny. 

Commissar

I've drawn her a couple times before. Warhammer is fun to have fun with. I wouldn't do anything to actually change its Grimdark aesthetic, even though I like depicting it as a colorful sex comedy. The parody is only funny because of the contrast. I wouldn't want the source-material to become a parody of itself, which seems to happen to other franchises. 

Elves/Orcs, Angels/Demons, Humans

I've got a bunch of old corny ideas laying around that I never got to drawing because drawing takes time, and so does life, bla bla bla. The ideas are all the same. Big masculine beast dude fucks the shit out of a cute little feminine girly-girl, and sometimes a feminine twink get's ignored/cuckolded. I'm still trying to hold myself to my goal of doing one page of Mara for every other thing that I do, but I'll put this aside if I start to lag too much. This is the reason why I don't want to work on any big other stories, because this is using all of my cylinders, so to speak. I'm going to get back to Mara herself in a couple pages, so she can beat up some more bad-guys, but I developed Asheena's whole backstory in my head, so I want to get it out.
