New players please read - It has been 3 months since BeamNGs 0.27 update. Their next major update will likely happen within the next month or so. These updates often lead to issues with Fairgrounds that need to be fixed in an update. Q: If more compact cars were added, which of the following best describes your interest in compact classes?
Please keep in mind cars take 4-6 weeks to develop. Any time spent on them is time taken away from other things. For this reason, it is difficult for me to work on something few players would use instead of something most/all players would use. In the past, the amount of people interested in compacts did not justify the time needed to develop more.

Please Read if new to RDP/BeamNG!
If you are unfamiliar, BeamNG releases big updates 3-4 times a year. After these updates, mods often need a compatibility update. You can avoid these issues by turning off auto-updates in Steam and updating manually when safe. Fairgrounds should currently work, but you cannot access menus once in the scenario. A fix is being worked on. Please remember that Fairgrounds is not my work, I do not know the status of the update....
New Players - if experiencing issues, please clear cache first. To clear cache, launch the game menu, click Support Tools > Clear Cache > Standard Cache Clear

Hello everyone. While I had expected the next vehicle to be done by now, it has taken me longer than expected & some personal issues have come up recently. I'm sorry for the unusually long wait between updates. This update has everything else that was to be released with the new car. The new car will hopefully be ready next week. Thank you to everyone who has been patient & understanding!

Before I get into the patch notes - I'm going to be heading out early for BB, if there are any issues with this update that are not resolved in a hotfix by tomorrow morning, that is how they will stay until I get back. On a positive note, when I get back, I will be gearing up to begin on new vehicles.

This summer I've focused on updating a lot of old work and bringing it up to par before focusing on new car releases this winter season. This update, the metric GM gets some work. Hey all - before we get into what's new, here's some things you should know if you're new to the scene. BeamNG Updates 3-4 times a year - when it does, Fairgrounds often needs a compatibility update to work with Beams most recent AI improvements. If you have updated Beam, you will need to wait for a Fairgrounds update to derby against AI. If you'd like to avoid this issue in the future, you can disable automatic updates in Steam & update manually when a patch is ready.
