A blast from the past (seriously, my phone is a cruel little bit of technology). This time last year I was hiding out in a hotel with Olivia waiting for Ashlen to come pick us up to record Game Knights 😭 And we got to record a podcast episode and play Commander with DJ!
I miss all of my friends on the West Coast SO MUCH.
I've embraced my true inner nerd and set up my glass case of the anime figures/model kits I've collected over the years of being a huge dork. I'll think of a caption to post to twitter eventually but in the meanwhile well just show it off between us xD

I was thinking about all those drink-themed creatures I drew back in 2018 for the Inktober - that I ended up auctioning off for RAINN donations. I realized I didn't have them in the Flickr galleries. So that's fixed now!
Also, who knows, maybe I get off my butt and turn these into stickers or something.
This is far from finished - I'll have to get my workshop together to make some horns and a crown and some details but... What's Patreon for if not for some early teasers?

I had a few people asking me how I got my Oko pictures in a house by myself so here's an unused shot that's unedited and you can see the little controller do-hicky that triggers the photos. There's a handy little gadget that's a lightring/tripod and phone stand all in one and it does a pretty good job for less than 50 bucks! Got a lovely package right before the move from our own Synthsapiens and I've finally gotten the chance to settle in and show them off. Seriously awesome work! We're gonna give some of these away at the $5 Rampaging Feroci-friend tier this month.

Slowly but surely we're getting organized. This means two things!
I wanna try out putting up polls and folks can vote in which costume gets a little mini selfie-shoot that month.
Also I'm gonna go through a bunch of my magic stuff and also other random nerdy stuff and start up some sales. Patrons will have first crack at everything.
My game is at 2 PM PST tomorrow at twitch.tv/channelfireball and then immediately after we'll have our (Really) Old School Game Power Hour with Me hosting and Olivia, Crim (The Asian Avenger), TarmoKat, Alex Kessler, Ladee Danger and Ashlen Rose.

As promised - we put my friend Ben (the appropriately named @gordionthot on twitter) in my Oko costume because we are conveniently the same size-ish. It's a totally different experience putting your costumes on someone else and doing the "same" make-up look on a very difference face but it was, of course, a fantastically great time. He makes a VERY PERFECT Oko, turns out.

This one I commissioned at the start of the COVID shut down to help out a friend who was out of work - she is also, obviously, INCREDIBLY talented so it feels amazing to have a project from her. Pictures from our little home-grown photoshoot are SO AMAZING. UGH. Chase (Nude Carbon Studios) is amazing, so glad to have a photographer who I trust shooting with in these truly wild and insane times.
