Happy Monday dino friends! I was a pretty busy-saurus this weekend. I got sketches and inks done on most of the Brawl Precon proxies, I'll be posting them up for you to see and work on my colors in the next few days.

I wanted to show this off - this was a big piece that I have been working on for Bibliovore Orc since like... November of last year. Is a wonderful and very patient orc friend. He wanted "Chandra and Jace as drinking buddies" and I ran with that until they became Joan Jett and and hipster-fied versions of themselves... Respectively. Color takes forever.

Here's another one from Gen Con - if you've noticed I redid all the paint on Ral's stuff so it's a little less yellow and more gold. It's SO MUCH HARDER than it should be to find a good gold spray paint that doesn't cost a billion dollars.
Ral is coming to Magic Fest Vegas, along with Sailor Chandra and the new cosplay. I've got room for ONE more: What do I bring folks?
This isn't a Gen Con picture - it's actually quite an old one (2013/14 I wanna say?). I've been going through some old images to sort out what still exists in the chaff. The goal is to get a patron-only archive of these going. Who know when that goal will see completion buuuut it's going to be working on something.

Gen Con was great and then we scooted (see what I did there 👀) right into preview time - hope everyone saw that craziness and enjoyed it. Dancing like an idiot is always fun.
We're rolling RIGHT into Magic Fest Vegas prep but I haven't forgotten patreon give-aways for July. Obviously the Raptor Life 1 folk get their grab at the token treasure trove but since I didn't get get around to drawing much last month were changing it around a bit. Hi Raptor Pack! I was sorting through cards to sell at Gen Con and I thought I'd give the Patreon fam the first crack at them. Here's the first batch and l'll post them as announcements on the discord as well along with whatever else I pull out of the binders/bulk boxes.
Everything is basically pack-fresh unless otherwise stated and I'll give discounts per your patreon payment level once we figure out shipping.
I might not have time to get any full peices done this month but I've been doodling in my spare time. This is a different, less-jokey proxy but it was a fun one to make all the same!

The theme of the night-life scene for Kitsune is Dystopian Future and as problematic as it is, Blade Runner is one of my favorite movies. So I ended up throwing this together pretty quickly - wig is styled and I'm ready to do some crazy make up!
I'm still not sure what I'm going to wear for the REST OF THE EVENT if anyone has suggestions 🤣
Getting back in from the West Coast I totally forgot about my upcoming plans for THIS weekend - I'll be in Kitsune Kon in Green Bay helping out with some night life stuff and generally causing trouble.
I put a quick new costume together for the night show theme, but no plans for specific cosplays during the day. Any suggestions that you guys want to see out of the cosplay closet?

July should prove pretty busy for your dinosaur friend, so we might not be doing much in the way of artsy illustrations and there will definitely be a lot of cosplay updates. Exciting projects to come for sure. There will definitely be July give aways coming, they might just be coming out of the vault but there's plenty of goodies to dig out.
Slapped some color on this monstronsity suggested by twitch chat a while back. I'll give this away when I have a pool for patrons to select from - I wouldn't want someone to get stuck with a fandom they are not happy with as the result of bad/good luck!

Well... The PPR was a wild ride! It was a lightning round of travel, briefing, deck building, playing and SO MUCH good food. Everyone needs to get out and play this weekend at their LGS events, this set is bonkers. I wouldn't recommend playing this pile but you're gonna have a great time whatever you pull out of your pool.
