Heeey everyone, hope your holidays are going well. Taken a bit of a break on the animations to work on a special commission once again. A third chapter to an ongoing Shantae series (kind of nice to have this as an annual thing). Lot of the lineart is finished and should get it done around next month hopefully.

Little update

Well, I’m sure it’s not a surprise given my output on the animations and the lack of posts on twitter, but just to clarify it now because I think I’ve come to accept it as well: I’m just straight up crashing. I don’t know quite how long it’s been going but I can safely assume it’s been the most prominent the last 2 months. I’ve been feeling overwhelmed within my personal life and struggling to meet unobtainable expectations of myself.

I think this batch has been one of my favorites and it’s made me a bit more confident with drawing again (been at a slump for months if im being honest) but it has been steadily improving. I got some more ideas with animations and after i get my comms done i can hopefully set it in motion soon

IT’S FINALLY DONE. Wow that was a long wait for the audio. Ngl, it was a stressful time, more than the animation process itself honestly. But it’s finally here and even includes ost from the show 😂 hope you all enjoy it. Now I can actually think about future animations and what to do next.

Well, still no a word from the audio editor. Might as well try to get back into the swing of things while I decide on another project.

I did hire someone last friday to add the audio to the animation so I’m just letting them take their time with it

Finally, the real canon ending is here lads. Forgive the simple backgrounds, always my weakness. So close the finish line. Thanks everyone for supporting this project til now!

Rumiko update 17 (final draft)

2:20 minute run time! Just enough for the twitter limit lol honestly surprised it’s this long. Then again the magic of editing I suppose. Almost there lads! All that’s left is backgrounds and hiring someone to do sfx (cause I ain’t learning that shit… yet)
