Saturday - yuffie with moogle cloak.

Sunday - Naussicaa. I will not have the rifle for travel purposes.

Monday- Edward scissor hands

Oz Comic Con - I’ll only be wearing naussicaa and Edward since it’s only two days.

While I will be at Momocon this weekend I’ll just be wandering around...

Just wanted to check in with you guys! I have really enjoyed my days off.. while wonderful the 4 squirrels have definitely been a bit stressful. Esp Plissken, cause he keeps escaping the tent.. hence the name.

I have been a serious homebody, I cant tell you how much JOY I get making my own breakfast and dinner. While the food at work was AMAZING, I do love to cook.. so getting to do that over the holidays has been nice. Doing the dishes.. Not so much. ...

Early con annoucement for 2025.. and then some.

I do have a convention lined up for next year In NEW ZEALAND & AUSTRALIA in late may. It’s still on the low down. It’ll be my first time to Australia, so any cool tips would be appreciated! Always excited to get back to NZ.

I’m knee deep in the last couple months of my show and then I’ll be turning my focus back to cosplay and renovations.

Swimsuit!

Keep meaning to post this over the weekend with a with a write up BUT things have been crazy so here is a new swimsuit I bought! I really like it! First time I can remember that I didn’t hate a swimsuit :) I feel it’s super flattering (even when zipped up) and I love a one piece! Now need to go somewhere to wear it!

Excuse me cutting my head off, I went and got a hydra facial and my skin was hella red :)

Aerith update - wig

Wanted to share an update! It’s still a ways away. My friend Ben who is patterning/tailoring the dress to make it fit well isn’t off work for a couple months. And then we can start working on it again!

Thanks to your monthly support here I was able to commission this beautiful wig from Hasu Ka, a talented wig maker. I was going to make it myself but wanted to make it look extra special plus I’m still a wig novice.

DRAGONCON

Yesterday I did wear sheila. After going on Thursday I realize how hot the con was so I took the pantless route! Also I was going to be there for 10+ hours so I wanted something that was comfy to hang in.

Anyone attending tonight I’ll just be in regular civilian clothes! Mostly in the Marriott and Hilton!

DragonCon Update

For Dragoncon, I had planned to do a gag costumes of super sailormoon and chibi  moon when they switch bodies. I had been working on it alongside Katie Cosplay for the past couple weekends. Unfortunately with my schedule, and how slow I was going… we decided to postpone it till probably AWA or Momocon.

Which actually makes me feel better because I had been cutting corners and this way I can do it the way I wanted haha. I always want to try to do my best and Katie is the Sailor ...

What’s Shaken? I’m still deep in work hell. Trying to finish a sialormoon drinking costumes for dragoncon which I will only be at for Saturday and Sunday hanging around.

Aerith did get put on hold till my friend who is helping me tailor the gown and I, are off work. But I bought the wig, so it’s GONNA HAPPEN.

Also finishing up an OG version of TOPH. Hoping to shoot it on a cool location 🤞

Hey! Sorry things have been quiet.
First off thank you everyone for your recommendations. While in the hospital visiting, I was watching Frieren but let me tell you I enjoyed Delicious in Dungeon so much, It was exactly what I needed. I wish I had an update other than family member is out of hospital after being there for a month. Still requires help at home (Chores) and to be driven for errands. So my Free time is Nil.

Life update

Wanted to apologize that I’ve been more MIA than normal. Over the last few weeks I’ve had a family emergency, so when I’m not at work, I’ve been in the hospital visiting evening, morning and weekends. When I was there I wasn’t really focus on posting.. And work was so busy that I wasn’t able to post at work.

Things are still not in the clear but they are out of the scary unsure part and starting physical rehab.

Nothing fun to report. Just been working 14-16 hours a day with barely any internet 😭. I am grateful for the week but hella tired! I did binge airbender last weekend. Things I loved about it things I didn’t like. But it was the same with the first season of the animated series so I do hope they get a 2nd season

Work and work! I wish I had some updates to give you but was out of town for the past week on the show I was on so I had planned to do an AMA but the internet was TERRIBLE, but then I had to go the the new house to work on stuff so didn’t get any chance to work on cosplays >.< since I’m working I can’t be at the house as often and I don’t want to bring in contractors so back to a snails pace on things.

Jan Update!

Just checking in! This week is my first full week on set (last week we had a short week).

TMI UPDATE Still recovering from whatever attacked my skin. I have to apply lotion constantly, the dermatologist says it can take up to 10 weeks for it to go away, and shouldn’t scar. I’m crossing my fingers it won’t, and just glad I can cover up to hide most of it from my co workers. While it’s not contagious, it’s a bit alarming to look at.

After doing some research. It seems My graphic designer tabbed over and caused the last 5 days of April to shift over and when I looked over the proof, we both missed it.
