Of course, that's also because half the cast would be have "costumes" that are just "guys in suits," so I could well have walked past a whole gaggle of them and not noticed.

I mean, if I told you there was a Digimon who was a big fanged turtle who breathed fire and could fly around by shooting rockets out of its legs, would YOU question it? Honestly, the biggest knock against this is that Gamera might not quite be weird ENOUGH. He'd need some gnarly scars and garish facepaint lines to truly have that Digimon vibe. Now, GUIRON?
