With the recent unexpected removal of... let's say the most controversial content on the site, we want to kick start development into high gear and get some new features pushed onto the site. We have a few things in the works currently, but we want to see what YOU would like us to focus on.

Steady progress

Been a while, folks!

For those of you following along with development, the new site is essentially code complete, the only thing left to do before being able to replace the current site is getting the content tagged.

That's been out focus for the past... 9 or so months now. We have a team of taggers dedicated to going over everything and adding the tags needed, but due to the sheer amount of content, progress isn't as fast as we'd like. The more taggers we have, the better, but i...

New site launch imminent

Good news, everyone!

The new site is currently being set up to go live. We're transferring data, migrating accounts, and prepping for a full launch either tonight or tomorrow.

We'll put out a post here, on Twitter, Facebook, Discord, I dunno MySpace? All at the same time to let everybody know things are GO.

This in the culmination of years of research, hard work, and sleepless nights, and is finally coming to fruition. Wish us luck!

Beta is now open!

After 10 straight months of work, the YHR 3.0 beta is now online.

Things are still not 100%, we still need to import user accounts and content, but you can hop on, create an account (will probably get wiped after we import the current user database), and play around with what we have.

We have translators!

So we put out a request for translators, and the response was much better than we expected. We now have a team of translators so we can turn some of these Japanese-only comics into ones everybody can enjoy.

What would you like translated first? Before asking the users on the site, I wanted to get some requests from the patrons who help us the most :)

New site development update

Hey everybody, check wanted to share some progress I've made on the new site. I know it's been a long time in the making, but this lockdown finally got me to really get on it, and it's nearing completion pretty quickly.

I've gotten the admin side essentially complete, with image, comic, and video uploading and editing done. Alongside that, Artists, tags, and custom pages are all creatable and editable on the admin side.

Website Remake

It's finally begun. After a long, long wait, the complete site remake of YHR is happening.

New Goal for Games

We've just added a new goal for funding, a bit higher up than the rest.

If we can reach $1,000 a month, that pays for the server entirely AND gives us a lot of leeway for funding side projects. One of our long-term goals we've unfortunately had to put off, is a YHR Original video game. Something fun, lewd, and filled with fan service.

We haven't had the loose money to pay for artists, programmers, designers, or software licenses needed to make a game. We're hoping to reach this go...
