Tutorial Stuff

I'm thinking of along with my usual tutorial and process pics, to include some that explain tools in the actual programs themselves. None of the info I present is useful if no one knows how to use the actual tools lol so that'll be a thing soon! Since I use paint tool sai, it'll be focused on that but I'll try to accommodate other programs as well.

No extra charges or anything of course. They'll be available for everyone as per the usual

Hey guys so I asked patreon how the up front charge works in regards to switching tiers and whether or not people will be double charged so here's what I got back - 1st line is pretty much the summation of it. It looks like yes, you will be double charged for the switch and then immediately upon the next month as per the usual if you are an existing patron.

Tried out the soft style again but on a way bigger canvas :D 

Definitely much easier to manage so there's a fun tip: brushes can act differently depending on canvas size. The smaller you go, the fuzzier the effects (which sometimes is something you want). This here is around 2000px or so.

Color Blocking

Mini tutorial!

Just a lil example to show color blocking - what I call sectioning off where all the different colors on a character are. Useful for many things, especially color planning or general art. Think of it like painter's tape.

To the left you can see each color layer says "lock" which means any brush stroke I make will not go over that designated or "locked" area. Works with the fill bucket too.
