Cleo's a history professor at ye local university where Hartz and Stevie attend. She's pretty fiery and quite the nuisance but her status brings business to the town. She ends up monologuing about the past, hers specifically or just whatever topic crosses her mind. She loves coffee and is probably the Resto Chesto's most frequent customer.

She's a hairdresser and makeup artist for Stefan's studio. She's very sweet and kind and will go out of her way to find the silver lining in any situation~

However, she has incredibly poor judgement and is very easily tricked like one time she was convinced to eat the pokemon equivalent of a ghost pepper because someone told her it "totally would not be spicy at all I promise"
