Quick update, I've been dealing with some health issues. Long story short I have been developing several symptoms since the end of last year. After seeing several doctors, I finally went to see a physical therapists doctor. She immediately concluded I was having high anxiety. I never felt like I was anxious but my body was definitely feeling it. After some breathing exercises, meditation, and dietary changes I've seen great improvements!
