Quick update, I've been dealing with some health issues. Long story short I have been developing several symptoms since the end of last year. After seeing several doctors, I finally went to see a physical therapists doctor. She immediately concluded I was having high anxiety. I never felt like I was anxious but my body was definitely feeling it. After some breathing exercises, meditation, and dietary changes I've seen great improvements! Still got some ways to go, but at least I know what I'm dealing with along with a minor leg injury. Which was what sparked this whole thing.
Mental health is very important, dont forget that your body can only handle so much before it gives up.
