LTW Book 4 Chapter 89: Muradon's Thoughts and The Wanderers' Introductions

'I never thought I'd see him again,' Muradon said internally as he continued to skillfully host the event. 'Fate must hate me or something... How'd he get so strong anyway? I mean, yeah, he escaped Milindo, but he was still only a little bit stronger than that stupid hero was, but now he's all buddy-buddy with Divines?'

"Firstly, let's find out who The Wanderers are, shall we?" he...

"Most concerning."

"Did the male exterminator fail to die?"

"Indeed, however, more importantly, he has improved his extermination power and regained access to it."

"I see. Concerning indeed. It is a familiar one?"

"I am unsure."

"Your meaning?"

"He seemed to improve an unknown extermination power at first, but shortly afterwards he improved a second ability which I believe is the very same one as the main exterminator's. There are also traces o...

LTW Book 4 Chapter 88: Serious Headaches Persist and An Extremely Unexpected Familiar Face

Sophie peeled her eyes open and she yawned softly. She was laying on Lone's chest and it would seem that he was already awake, well, that was unless he was playing with her hair in his sleep.

"We are sweaty," the girl complained softly.

Lone - still with his eyes closed - chuckled faintly. "That tends to happen both during and after a night of passionate sex in a hot room."

Sophie rolled her eyes. "Suite Spirit, turn on the air conditioning. It is far too stuffy...

SIS Book 4 Chapter 4: Observers and Eyes

"Hmm... I guess I should check my physical prowess first," Daz decided. "My cut isn't healing, so I don't have Regeneration nor my halo's Lifeforce restoration, at the very least."

He did some basic jumps and ran around in a circle for a bit before he came to a stop and frowned. "Just... back to normal. If I had my stats then I could jump out of the grate or pick up the boulder and smash the wall with it..."

Daz sighed a bit and then licked his hand's wound to clean i...

"Pala. Don't. Sit. Up. So. Suddenly. You. Can. Barely. Move. As. It. Is," Informazione said as he quickly supported the weakened god's back.

Giustizia, the God of Justice, nodded his head as his angel wings flapped. "I understand your excitement, my friend, but you must think of your condition first."

Pala groaned. He still couldn't form sentences yet, but, luckily, one of their new allies was present and she was able to aptly convey emotions and sentiments into ...

Lone looked at Lipsilk's outstretched hand and laughed. Soph had just teleported him and his Divine friend to Mystoplis since the contest was due to start tomorrow afternoon, but he had only offered Lone a handshake? The very thought made the foxkin chuckle mockingly.

He nimble wrapped his arms around the tiny fairy's body and lifted him off of the ground, hugging him tightly. "I missed you, Lipsilk."

"W-What are you doing, you foolish lad!" the triple-X-ranker clearl...

This week's schedule!

The plan is for 3 chapters of LTW and SIS, both of which already almost have a chapter finished.

I'm posting this mostly for me since I can really let myself go with distractions, and before I know it, it's, like, 4am and I've only written 500 of my target 2,000 daily words.

I need to up my reliability when it comes to posting chapters, for both me, you patrons, and the free readers on RR.

BTW, is there anything you guys would love to see happen in either story? I'm always o...

SIS Book 4 Chapter 2: 20 Trials and Expedition Camp

"You haven't even put your seatbelt on yet..." Daz sighed as he admired the cuteness that was the softly snoozing Madison.

As soon as she had made contact with the extreme comfort that the Ridomochi Final Model's passenger seat offered, Madison had dozed off.

Daz leaned over and strapped her buckled her belt before he kissed her forehead. "How can someone be so perfect?" he whispered.

Mr Barrier saw that Madison was cuddling her Daz backpack, so the cu...

LTW Book 4 Chapter 86: Divine Thread and Invitation

In two different enchanted arenas of The Academy, one group of over 200 humans and one group of over 100 demis both received the same message from Headmaster Erion himself.

"My disciples Lone and Sophie have been granted permission to alter the rules of your challenges issued against them considering the special circumstances. In exactly 1-week they shall be holding a contest. The details of the contest are as follows: Every member of The Wanderers shall fight against all c...

SIS Book 4 Prologue: True Faith and Symbolic Departure

A/N: A bit short, but it is a prologue, so please forgive me for that.

"Welcome, Brother," a cloaked figure said with a certain fervour in his tone.

Nodding politely, the man he had addressed answered, "Thank you, Brother Francis," before he entered the massive holy structure that stood in front of him.

All around the building was nothing but an empty marsh, as was the nature of most of Connecticut and Massachusetts now as a result of God's decree.

Soph was now awake, though her eyes were dreary and a bit of drool was leaking out of her mouth as she held Lone's hand.

Very quickly though, her eyes lip up with excitement when she saw a nervous foxkin with two blue tails apprehensively looking at the entrance to headmaster Erion's Tower like some sort of lost puppy.

Lone tightened his grip on the girl's hand so she wouldn't use all of her power to assault the girl. 'My tails are lonely, y'know...

SIS Book 3 Epilogue: Criminal Punishment and A Kingdom's True Founding

As soon as Daz and Madison returned to Waterford, they immediately went to check up on the injured citizens at Mave's clinic.

Thankfully, Rimmy's Restorative Aura had worked its magic. Everyone had been completely healed. The emotional and mental trauma still remained, but no one had died and everyone was healthy again, which was obviously what mattered the most.

Without much hesitation, Daz dragged the man responsible for teleporting the explosive robots to Fort Skip...

"So you also know about the Ancient that's on its way here to destroy The Academy?" Lone asked a bit testingly.

Headmaster Erion smiled knowingly. "Oh, yes. I've been aware for quite some time about Gruluthu's plans. You needn't worry about her."

Lone frowned. "You can take on an Ancient, is that what you're saying?" Lone questioned sceptically.

"Nice place," Daz commented as he landed the Ridomochi Final Model and got out while holding Rose.

"It's very colourful," Mu commented as he sealed his Cloud of Tartarus in its bottle.

They had all just arrived at L.A's city hall which was now covered almost head-to-toe in graffiti.

Rose squirmed about in her brother's arms and only opened her mouth when he had placed her in her wheelchair. "Timothy gave the building to the gangs as a peace offering so they'd st...

As a SIS reader, what would you like to see happen plot/arc-wise in the near future?

I'm just wondering what future arcs or plot points you'd all like to see. Obviously, I have plans, but I'm always interested to hear your opinion.

Please, feel free to leave your ideas in the comments if the poll options don't line up with what you want to see.

The three option are just basically for the conclusion of book 3 (assuming I throw no more wrenches into the works), but I'm also interested in hearing your thoughts on what the focus of book 4 should be. I'd love to know. ...

Immediately upon completing the teleportation and after having successfully transported over 1,100, Soph stumbled into Lone's embrace as her mind was overcome with a deep and powerful throbbing pain. She struggled her best to look at all of the system notifications though despite the agony she was in.

Soph didn't know if it was because of Lone's influence or not, but she was very prone to getting hopeful for a skill rank-up now after extensive use, and this case was no diff...

Lone cleared out Maxwell's room since it was filled with rare and restricted books. After that, Soph teleported him, Greed, and Wrath, down to Eolande who was in the tower's deepest floor.

"Lovely place, huh?" Lone commented as he looked at the see-through septic tanks and blood-covered apparatus tables that littered the chamber.

Eolande shrugged. "It looked better when there were screaming peasants having drugs tested on them. I sort of ruined the party when I showed...

Question For You Lovely Patrons

Chapters are coming very soon for both stories, but first, I wanted to ask you guys what you would add to either or both stories if you could? Like weapons/classes for SIS, unique skills for LTW, story arcs for either, characters for either, items for either, that kinda stuff. I'm interested in your ideas, and, who knows, maybe I'll use some of them. :D

The military uniform-donned man stood behind him and to his right salute and said, "Sir, it would appear that he did. Right as he called you a terrorist, Sir."

"So it would seem." Despite how calm his tone was, the elderly man was having an internal pani...
