What do you get when you add a layer of crumbly shortbread, a layer of soft caramel and a layer of sweet chocolate? Heaven... Otherwise known as Caramel Slice or Millionaire's Shortbread. And super easy to make - this tray baked good can be whipped up just in time for the kids bake sale at school!
