When I scooped that Austin Abrams has been cast as the lead in the new film from Zach Cregger (Barbarian) I mentioned that his character is named Bryan. People assumed it was a code name and he's actually playing Leon. Well, I can confirm his character is actually called Bryan and he's an original character not from the games. The movie is not gonna be a faithful adaptation.

I can confirm that Skeet Ulrich is playing Henry Emily. Also, the movie includes several flashback scenes set in the 1980s, which are spread throughout the film. The character Charlotte — Henry Emily's daughter — dies in the 1983 flashback scenes.

For the live-action Legend of Zelda movie, casting is underway for the two leads (Zelda and Link), with the studio looking for actors between the ages of 16 and 23.

In Vision Quest, White Vision travels to Madripoor in search of his memories and humanity. There, he encounters Ultron, also in human form. And the story goes from there.

• For the Vision Quest series, the production is saving on VFX costs by having all AI characters appear in human form for most of the show. This approach also allows them to target a release as early as next year.
