Doctor Strange 3 is in development. They want Sam Raimi back to direct but the problem is he's in the mix for Secret Wars. So there might be a Destin Daniel Cretton situation where he'll have to make a choice between the two.
As for Scarlet Witch, Marvel want the project to be a movie and for Jac Schaeffer to write the script and even direct

Nova was supposed to be a limited series but has been shelved for now. It will most likely be made into a movie instead. They are in disscussion on how to handle The Children's Crusade. The reason why they're reshooting the film is because the Marvel Studios staff who got to see the film felt the action scenes were not big or satisfying enough compared to other Marvel films and the other Captain America films.
