There is a boy with a balloon who appears once or twice, specifically in the post-credits there's a jump scare with him and a taxi driver
It is quite literally just a boy WITH a balloon, but i imagine it is meant to be Balloon Boy can't be random
And then there is a sequel tease, you hear Freddy's voice spelling out "COME FIND ME"
